You can make cement in a furnace now? Jeez! I would love to have had that in the alphas. Cement mixers must simply do it more efficiently now. And that sound you heard while digging was a rabbit screaming. It probably wandered into your spike traps. Those legendary parts are nice to see. Used to be one could only find quality 6 gear. A really nice change. Keep up the good work!
Remember the first alphas when terrain was blocky and a rabbit mowed down a corn field if running through? 😁
Cement has been in the alphas for a while.. cement is then used in the mixer with sand and something else to make the stuff you can upgrade blocks with.
Now you've settled in and grow food and harvest water, life will get a lot easier!
And don't worry if you skilled the wrong perks like for example pack mule. It is a waste because you can build or find pack storage mods for your armour to get more cargo slots.
You can buy "grandpa's forgetting elixir" at traders, if you get lucky. Drink it and all skill points are free to distribute better.
Also you could take the 9mm pistol you have in your storage chest and the ammo with you, if a zombie gets overly annoying and you are out of stamina, you can shoot it in the face with the pistol, it will eventually calm him down. 😁

Pack Mule perk early game is actually not a bad idea in version 1.0 because pocket storage mods are harder to find. Once you start finding either the mods or the recipe to craft them, you can respec your skill points into something else with a dose of Grandpa's Forgetting Elixir.

Yeah, damn, years are hitting pretty hard. I still think that i graduated from school not long ago, but that was around 20 years ago already! Gaming, imo, is still considered nerdy and useless waste of time :D
If you're tired of constantly looking for your stuff in every container, I suggest install some mods! Like 'Craft from Containers' which let's you, well, craft from your containers(in some radius), duh. And also few convenient QoL things like 'Stop fuel waste' which automatically stops fuel-using workstations after they finish their tasks and 'HPbars' mod that let's you see zombie's hp. I personally always use this three.

You have almost a third of your skill points invested in agility... You use... 0 Agility weapons, and are investing in 0 Agility perks. I don't understand why you are doing that, Agility main stat increases Crit with bows, pistols and knives.
My point is if you see a grandpas forgetting elixir, you should use it and transfer those points to like miner 69er or clubs/sledge etc.
