Plan with me: May 2024 | Hobonichi Weeks | Planner Set Up | Freckles Tea Autumn

This month's theme is Autumn. I'm using the Freckles Tea Vol. 3 - Autumn PET tape throughout my Hobonichi Weeks. So glad I was able to fit in an Autumn theme in the last month of the season, I was contemplating a theme with mushrooms, but found this Autumn floral design in my stash!
I filmed this Plan With Me video a little earlier as we were traveling throughout April and early May, so I wanted to make sure this was all set up and ready while we were away. I'm so glad I planned ahead, it meant I didn't have to bring all of my planning tools and accessories and also I had less to set up on our return.
