Thanks Arielle, it was a nice trip down memory lane. Back then just getting a chance to see any media or fights with Jon was magical and always made my day. I know what he is going through now is the complete opposite but I can never hate on him for giving me exciting and inspiring moments as his career progressed. I just hope he can move on, get back to being his younger self, win everybodys trust back and continue beating ass in spectacular fashion.
Jon in 2011: (Paraphrasing) “My career isn’t like Mike Tyson’s. He had a different mind state and got side tracked. I’m going to be positive.” Jon in 2018: (Talking to himself after watching this) “Wow, my career turned out to be exactly like Mike Tysons. I became worldly, I contradicted myself, and I’m on the verge of ruining my career and preventing myself from becoming the best mixed martial artist in history just like Mike Tyson ruined his career and prevented himself from becoming the best boxer ever due to cocaine and recklessness.” Wow lmfaooo!
Sy Sharp lol you're like that ex girlfriend that can't let go and keeps keeping tabs on her ex. Everyone was on steroids and he paid the price for the hit and run, I doubt the woman he hit still brings it up to this day like it's new news
life its crazy !!one day people love you praise you another day people hate you and spit on you!!but the things we are not on his choose to know what happen to him and by who he have been surrounded those last years !!
just let guy take "PEDs" you wouldnt see greatness like jon jones, michael jordan, mark mcgwire, anderson silva, barry bonds, lance armstrong, the list goes on and on and on. PEDs are what seperate these guys from regular people.
Steroids must be taken into consideration when we look back on his past wins. Impressive as his run was we have to question how much steroids played a part in it.
I'm amazed at how many just, enlightened, pure, perfect and morally admirable people we can find in these comments, here. All of them are certainly incapable of any felony or misconduct against their beloved fellow human beings, surely all of them are the reference of Dignity, the unsurpassable Righteous ones, the most correct members of Society and Human History. Well, that being true, then feel free to cast these stones...
This video got me in my feelings bro. It's like watching Anakin before he turns into Darth Vader.
You were The Chosen One!
That1Dewd best analogy
nothings like anakin turning to the dark side.
yeah sadly irony has ran its course and he stopped being focused on being the best possible jon jones he could be
@@Mitchellj96 uh oh
Damn that Mike Tyson comparison makes a lot more sense now, especially when you include activities outside the ring
1:45 If that guy only knew the thrashing Shogun was in for...
For real bro... That was a thorough beat down...

Dana called it. He knew it
That question at 5:10 is more pertinent now than ever.

I don't agree with any of the things he's done but you're right, he will ALWAYS be mentioned among the greats, if not the greatest.
Love these! Do more
Where did the 10:00 mark Jon Jones go? He seemed human
Back when Jones was a good ol boy.
True.
Dynamic Fastener still the best god damn fighter in the world though
Dynamic Fastener maybe but his head kick KO on DC will never be forgotten.
Jon got scared for just a second when dana began speaking and went along with the super Jon story
plot twist: that woman whose purse was stolen was the same woman who was pregnant that Jones hit and ran
If only Jon Jones stayed humble.
Great video
When the goat was a baby. We miss you big guy. FREE JON JONES
The story of Jon Jones, let it unfold....
life its crazy !!one day people love you praise you another day people hate you and spit on you!!but the things we are not on his choose to know what happen to him and by who he have been surrounded those last years !!
Just reminded me of how Shogun should move to Middleweight.
Jon "Eye Poking" Jones
GOAT
This was hard to watch
just let guy take "PEDs" you wouldnt see greatness like jon jones, michael jordan, mark mcgwire, anderson silva, barry bonds, lance armstrong, the list goes on and on and on. PEDs are what seperate these guys from regular people.
i'll always love jon
I miss him...
Jon before he went to the dark side
Jon Jones sticks his fingers in his opponents right eye then follows up with headshots to that side. Just like Chuck L used to do...
Roided out of his chin
G.O.A.T
wasn't vitor the youngest ufc champion? he was 19 or 20 when defeated two guys in the same night for the belt.
Jose Cavazos nope tournament titles don't count
Aayush - Wrong, goofy Smurf, tournament titles do count and Vitor is the youngest UFC champion.
@17:39 Dana wasn't joking yo
I remember hearing the story of the mugger back in 2011 and thinking what a great guy a true champ now In 2018 frankly I doubt this ever even happened
What could of been with Jon Jones man.
jon i am in love with co co i got very low low jones

DUDE. all the people he beat are FROM THE STEROID ERA. So no. Not really. And I don't like Jones, that argument is just stupid
Like Nate Diaz said everyone is using something
Jones rambles on and on... relays stories as if he were from the ages of 6 to 4, not 6'4"
