for battery life, you can keep your battery health at 100% if you don't let your phone get below 50% charge. I have a 14 pro max that I've had for almost 2 years and it's still at 100% battery health. it's only gotten into the low battery mode maybe twice. the lower your battery health the faster you lose charge. you should try it out on your new phone
