    How to Make Pandan Coconut Jelly
    Ingredients
    5-7 pandan leaves
    650ml water + 150ml water
    8g agar agar + 8g agar agar
    (70 - 80g sugar) + (50-60g sugar)
    200ml coconut milk
    salt

    Method
    Blend pandan leaves with water (650ml) and strain the pandan liquid in cooking pot. Add sugar (80g), agar-agar powder, a pinch of salt and mix well. Transfer the pot to stove. Use medium to low heat. Stir constantly. Let the mixture boil. Remove from heat and transfer to preferred tray or molds. Let it be in room temperature while preparing the coconut mixture. Separately, add coconut milk, water, agar-agar and salt in cooking pot. Mix till well combined. Add 1 pandan leaf and cook the coconut mixture over medium to low heat. Off the flame when boil. Transfer to the tray. Once set, cut and serve chilled.
