Wow 🤩 this is freaking awesome!! So glad I found this video! I want that raptor suspension swap instead of leveling struts! I didn’t know first gen shocks worked. I imagine the ride is good.
Gen one coilover reguires no fabrication where as the gen 2 you have to weld a taller coil bucket in since the shock is longer. Gen 1 or gen 2 axles work. Gen 1 axles happened to be cheaper.
Hey man I know this is an older video but I’m doing the same thing on my 2020 and was wondering how bad the 35s rubbed on the stock fenders before you got the fiberglass on or did you switch before trying to drive. I’m waiting on fenders but want to throw the suspension on and wanted to see if it would be possible
Let me see if I got this right! I have a 2015 lariat so the set up I need is a 1gen coils with gen2 upper and lower control arms. Now I have a 4”lift with factory axel. Do I need longer axels? Or I can use mines ?
Hey bro i need your help so im building my f150 conversion and i got the gen 2 lower and uper and shocks aswell do you know if i have to change the axles and tie rods and if i do, do you know what size or what tie rods to get? Please help lol 911
Krazy house customs has a raptor conversion shock bucket that you can bolt in. And they have an entire list with part numbers of everything you need to do the swap. I did it. It’s not too bad
Please I need to get some of the wide body fiberglass fender… my truck has the same spec and features Can you give me a link to the manufacturer?? Thank you I’ll be counting on your response
Hey man. I have a 6inch lift on mine and im looking into doing a raptor swap. You used gen 1 shocks. Were you happy with the performance on and offroad or is it worth installing buckets and gen 2 shocks. Want a mid travel kit but just costs to much for a good kit. Thanks for you time!
@@JDKFABRICATION you likely spent more between the normal F-150 and all the parts plus time and labor... Then you have the cost of warranties and fitment issues

Well Roy no, cost about 3500 all together and everything fits perfectly as a raptor is an f150. All tiered and arm mounts are identical. So you’re still wrong but feel free to try to look cool and deeper justify how you’re right.

Great build man!
Thank you for sharing!
Hey do you have a complete list of parts you use for the build so I can look it up
How much of a lift does the raptor parts give the truck?
Depending on what you set the shock to. 0-3” lift I’d say.
So the raptor shocks are adjustable !?@@JDKFABRICATION
Yup
Would this work on my 2020 RWD?
hello why do you use gen1 coilover and axle and not gen 2? just to understand
Gen one coilover reguires no fabrication where as the gen 2 you have to weld a taller coil bucket in since the shock is longer. Gen 1 or gen 2 axles work. Gen 1 axles happened to be cheaper.
ok now i understand thanks for the info 😎
Are the fiberglass fenders 3 inch or 5 inch wider than stock ?
3 inch I have the same ones
where did you buy the bolt for the lower part of the shock, do you have a link of where you bought it
Why gen 1 shocks and gen 2 arms? Why not all gen 2?
Gen 1 shocks are direct bolt on. Gen 2 shocks require a taller coil bucket
@JDKFABRICATION thank you for the info
I'm sorry for bothering you, but what part number did you buy for the cast/camber kit for the raptor conversion?
You used the stock 2wd spindles and its held up good since you finished the build?
No. Stock 4wd. But 2wd spindles work too
Really great work here, wondering if I can use the lower arms from a gen 1 for a 2018 F150 4X4 lariat
Gen 1 Lower Control Arms won’t fit a 2018 F150. You need Gen 2 Lower Control Arms for the 2015 F150 and up.
Do you have part # for the lower control arms?
Hey man I know this is an older video but I’m doing the same thing on my 2020 and was wondering how bad the 35s rubbed on the stock fenders before you got the fiberglass on or did you switch before trying to drive. I had 35”s with a leveling kit. Don’t fear the grinder haha

You’ll need wider axles as the raptor arms are wider. Same with tie rods. Both gen 1&2 raptor axles will work.
@@JDKFABRICATION thanks
Did you connect your sway bar?
Do the stock shocks work with raptor control arms ?
No..
Are those the 3" wider or 5" wider fenders?
Looks awesome! 🔥
Would you consider selling your old lift ? I’m located in north California trying to build my truck on a budget
Hi I want to ask you know Lower Control Arm Front Gen 2 FORD F150 RAPTOR Part Number?

so from what i’ve heard you will need taller shock buckets for gen 2 shocks
@@JeremyWalker-ld5ud yeah i got that part already but also what size tie rod and axle as well?
It’s a raptor swap. Raptor tie rod raptor axle raptor brake lines everything
@@JDKFABRICATION thanks just needed to here that twice before i bought the parts! 🤘🏽

Krazy house customs has a raptor conversion shock bucket that you can bolt in. And they have an entire list with part numbers of everything you need to do the swap. I did it. It’s not too bad
I so wanna try this on my 2024
Would this work on a 2wd or would the truck have to be 4wd I’ve only seen this done on 4wd
2wd or 4x4 works
What bulge and rise on the front glass?
They are McNeil racing 3”
Please I need to get some of the wide body fiberglass fender… my truck has the same spec and features
Can you give me a link to the manufacturer?? Thank you I’ll be counting on your response

Did you used the stock f150 hubs with the raptor upper and lower control arms?
Yes
How did u find the lower control arms from ford?can’t find them on the website.
Look harder or call ford
How does it perform?
Better than your mom in Vegas on a hot streak.

Raptor gen 1 shocks were plenty good. Worlds different from stock
How's the ride after the swap?
Night and day difference. Don’t have the truck anymore but it ran amazing
Where are you located?
Um why
