@@aimbreak1461 the reason for demon meli aside from being easily clapable, is that his ult does weak point damage which allows for an easy transition to phase 2, whereas assault Melissa ult is aoe and not very good damage-wise, especially considering you don't have the buff stacks.

I am not even entertaining any thought that I can beat 'Hard mode' with a 1/6 Goddess Liz, 1/6 green meli and 1/6 melascula. I can't even beat FB esca on phase 1 hahahaha. can you please make a video about how netmarble lied in the 1/27 devnotes where they said they would make festival banners the same or better? They took out the new year heroes and replaced them with a couple bad commandments and thats not at all better
LOL. I have Sariel 2/6, Tarmiel 6/6, Gliz 1/6 all with additional cosmetics(Partially, not all of them) and I still can't beat him on the easiest difficulty. Guess you need an all 6/6 team with the full cosmetics all upgraded and all UR Gear for every single unit just to beat him on easy. This is beyond bullshit. It only took me one fight to realize just how insane it was to face him. I guess they really wanted to make it feel like you're fighting the real fucking Escanor. Problem is that this is more like facing The One Escanor than regular Escanor.

I managed to beat it (im f2p) because i got really lucky in the nanashi banner free multi and got mono, if not i dont think i would have been able to do it tbh. Its insanely strong plus the invincibility its too much🤦🏻♂️

tried this and its FREAKIN insane i once almost got the run in the early tries but guess what, Escanor uses his GOLD ULT GAUGE SWIPE..and there goes my Liz Ult =.=
Still need a pretty beefy Melascula for this to work (mine died to the AOE in phase 2) and may need silver liz shield to prevent drain (bronze shield didn't hold up for me). What is bad is I have to go through all the stamina to get to certain points in the fight, only to find out my character needs a boost in attack or health, etc. Then I need to boost my character and start again. My guess is I'll spend a bunch of resources on red demon meli only to find out I'm still not strong enough to finish, so all the resources will be wasted, but we'll see.

Man no matter what I do, Escanor always targets my Merlin. She's not fully super awakened, only 2* super awakened, but has my nearly perfect Ludociel UR gear on her so her stats are solid. My Tarmiel and Sarmiel are fully awakened with UR gear and barely take anything because of the constant targeting of Merlin. I've tried changing up the teams but I just cannot get a freaking win on this.
If only there was a banner character that taunts and reflects 100% damage for two turns ;) . (100+120 (in my case 50) + 10). Can Liz still triggers reflect on her revive, without Melascula?
How about Green konter meli or maybe green esta in this Team Instead of High liz ult lvl you make dmg with the counter Can you or someone Else try it :(

I think it's more accurate to say you need 2 goddess liz stuns in phase 1. If I don't have a second one right after he ults, he kills Melascula.

Something not being mentioned, is how his unit don't take damage from the over rupture. That kills my entire party, where as his is sitting pretty

Derrieri is also a viable substitute but a bit more RNG is needed for her as you need to use her buff card paired with ult

do you need the 2nd liz shield? he deals over rupture which deals 10x damage to buffed units. vs the 6x (or extra 6x so 7x) to demons

they did that with every chapter released. Just see it as instant 30 gems with the next update, the timing is just different

Melascula's Passive : zombify a unit who lost all of its hp and let it with 1 hp for 3 turns

I think he targets the lowest HP pool if you dont have a green unit on team.
