Still remember when this song was first released in 1999. 90s were the best and the best time to be a teenager. All about talent, authenticity and maturity. Not just in music but in fashion world too.
I had a tremendous honour to meet them in Manchester gig in 2019 and also an unreal privilege to be sung this song by them a cappella exclusively only for me, because there was a mess up on the management side of the gig and I missed the VIP meet and greet / exclusive live session. Christian got upset about the situation even more than me myself and he insisted they would sing to me...I still can't believe how lucky I was, BBMAK is so underrated that it hurts, but all of us who love them, we know how talented they are, each of them...Thank you Christian, Ste, and Mark, I am eternally grateful 🥰
@@OriginLegacy I wish I could share the video Christian took using my camera (and gave it to their manager so that she kept recording their singing) it is my treasure 🥰
LOVE The Song LOVE The video. It is very 2000 with the crowd around the band cheering them up! The shot at the city are awesome, that wheel... and that crystal globe, dunno what it is called. Back then was a modern video I remember. Right now it remains awesome.
I heard this song from BBMak in a store's P.A. system back when I went shopping with my dad at a mall which was previously located somewhere in our neighborhood in my preadolescent years of life in the Bay Area. God, it brings a lot of memories on behalf of the COVID-19 pandemic entering the picture.
You can tell this is from year 2000 - people not staring at their phones, filming anything and everything with their phones and no Eco-Fascists blocking the trains and roads. Also, the girl is photographing with a real camera! Great video!
@@donnieram33 if they had them in 2000 bc they would all be on their phones, the lady that made this comment was probably on her phone when she made it.
Omgee where did the time like this go???😭😭😭 oh how much I miss them old times and days back in our days. This song will always be a banger, but man I feel so old now sheesh. Just thinking about my childhood days makes me wanna cry tbh, thinking about the past when people we still love is still alive. People will never know this kind of music. 70's-80's and 1990's-2000 have the best music to this day. Music back than have meanin, not saying all music in the now don't have meanings they do but its not like the music back in the day its raw and real. 😢
Last night I had this song stuck in my head! Idk why the now that’s what I call music commercial was stuck in my head and this song stood out! Been in my head all day!
Seeing all the London landmarks and the DLR and train station reminds me of my many years in London - awesome city and although I wouldn't describe myself as a BBMak fan, it's a good tune and I remember the song being a hit early in my time living there. But never in the history of music videos has a set of headphones aged a video as much as this one.
Please officially remaster this video to 4K! Did my own personal AI remaster from the “Sooner of Later” DVD and am lovin’ it. But the rest of the world needs to experience this as well! Or better yet, remaster it from its original source to a native 4K resolution! Surely it exists!
@@JoffleSnoffle I just thought because it’s Nigel Dick that directed, it might have been. It’s sometimes hard to tell from tape-based masters when in actuality, there’s a higher source to remaster from. This one here is similar to the DVD but from the CD single’s video inclusion, the clarity looked more natural than the DVD. This was the case with Britney Spears’ earlier music videos, though the “HD remaster” on her UA-cam channel was based on tape masters when there’s 100% a better source to master from. Edit: native 4K might be out of the question but if there’s a better source to go from, they should do it!
@ShMartinJo you can tend to tell if it's tape or film based on the smoothness of the motion film being 24p and tape being 60i. there probably is a better copy out there just digitising was in its infancy when this was uploaded and we didn't have the more advanced codecs of today
@@JoffleSnoffle I agree on that. 90s and early (even late ) 2000s tends to have a mixed frame rate, though sometimes that can be in result of a telecine finish. So that’s another layer of hiding the true source of the video. One thing for sure, my NTSC DVD shows that this music video was definitely meant for PAL output and it didn’t translate well for NTSC / 60i. I see motion jidders whereas the music video from the CD single does not, which I suspect that the CD’s video was a step closer to the master source than my DVD. Wish I can upload my 4K upscale but I’d rather the official label do that.
This is how my boyfriend feels right now because we i had one of the worst experiences a couple weeks ago that hurt me to where im getting therapy i was going to leave him blocked his number and everything but i wanted to see what he had to say because leaving him was too hard and too much on me to where i had to see what he had to say. Now with what he has told me this describes him so much how he feels about me when they sing "baby set me free from thid misery i cant take it no more since you ran away nothings been the same dont know what im livin for here i am so alone and theres nothing in this world i can do until your back here baby miss you want you need you so until your back here baby theres a feeling inside i want you to know you are the one and i cant let you go". This is how he feels about me he regrets what happened but said if he cant have me then he has no purpose of living anymore since im his first person he ever truly fell in love with.

Where does the time go? Great song and great memories. The 90s were the BEST.
Already nearly 25 years old.
I was 9 when this was released - I bought the CD single and remember vividly watching this music video on repeat on the computer. The nostalgia!

Heard this on the radio today. Remembered how much I used to love it. Such a great song ❤🥰
These guys still sound just as good 20+ years later
The first BBMak music video I watched in my life back in 2000.

Absolutely, not even close
After 20 years this song still hits me different each time, love it.

Yeah in 2007
