Love the fact you're meal prepping but (1) you need to minimise on the simple carbs especially pasta and rice. Incorporate more complex carbs (2) boiling eggs with veg is a no bueno because the eggs are contaminated (3) wait till the food cools down before storing them away
Good on you Hanna ! My only tip is let your food cool down before you close the container and before you put it in the fridge. It’s not good to cover it and put it in the fridge while it’s very hot! But great video and proud of you xx
Thatgirlox lol I didn’t say cutting red meat will automatically make you lose weight but it helps lose more if you cut it out from my experience. You’re probably gaining because you’re eating too many calories than you should, it’s not about the meat!
