@bettergetdave - I personally think this depends on the reasons they have lower KPIs. If they have a diability or something like that, I would consider keeping theirs private. In pretty much all other cases, I would publish. Visbility creates accountability.

Thoughts on people that think publishing their lower kpi results are demeaning. One employee says they should be private..thoughts?
