- Here is the complete roster for the romhack edition for Project Outsider. Some changes from what my limits with textures and not being able to use gameshark codes, but I'm very happy with it.

i just got the game, but noticed the rock, austin and a bunch more arent in it, are they unlockables or do i have to create them
I got everything up and working great the only thing I don't have showing up is the street fighter interface how do I get that to work? My interface is the regular wwf no mercy interface
That's strange. Are the other graphics showing up?

Yes, it will be like VPW2 Freem edition. The only extra thing that would be needed would be the memory file, and I'm 99% sure that would work as well.

Yes, I just started again now. There are 2 phases. The first one will be released 1.0 with fixed moves, new music, and various improvements. The second one will have more extensive edits with some stuff I wanted to experiment with cheat code wise.
