Great video. I installed mine but I also installed a water proof toggle switch (ran in under the storage compartment for easy access without having to remove the seats). I just interrupted the positive wire. I didn't like the pump running all the time; draining the battery and noisy.

Possible to show on a video? Just bought me a Fish Pro and dont want the "always on" feature. Possible for float? Thanks!

Can you make a video on how you did it?

Nice. I was thinking about adding one of these bilge pumps to my 2021 Fish Pro but I wanted to make sure the other (venturi) would still operate.
I went to wingnuts on the front 2 screws. Easier to hold onto and start threading. Then hold with pliers to tighten.

Interesting comment about why you installed the washers and the flexing of the rear deck. I was tempted to get a ski pole for mine, but then I found out that you cannot pull a tube with the ski pole, so for the few times that we ski with it, it just was not worth the cost of the pole. You need to be careful when working around the jet area with the gate up. Never put your hand inside the jet tube, because if that gates drops down for some reason you will be in a world of hurt!

Hi ...I made the mistake of having Sea Doo put the stock bilge in my 2024 Fish Pro trophy. Same BS. It runs all the time. Can I just run a switch in the power wire to a spot where I can open the seat and reach it to shut it down when not using the motor? It should be pretty straightforward. Thanks for the video !!

YES YOU CAN, I AM GOING TO PUT A SOLID STATE FLOATING SWITCH, THE 3 WAY SWITCH (AUTO, OFF, DIRECT) AND A LITTLE BUZZER SO YOU KNOW WHEN THE PUMP IS RUNNING.

Interesting built-in in hoses expels water in the hull when motor running.
The question is why is their some seadoo hull get flooded from what ever the reason. But the hoses don't work. Even motor is running. I guest thats why people are installing bilge pump. I heard towing your ski on water will also flood the hull.
Looking into buying jet ski next year, your video is so helpful.

How fast it's killing the battery if u are anchored and fishing 🎣 without started engine but the fish finder on and your Bluetooth speakers

Good question, I would imagine not very long, Sea doo recommends dual battery kit for this type of scenario.
