- Cities are gridlocked and air quality in many cities is already at crisis point. New mobility services are entering the market and promise to improve traffic and quality of life, but cities are not following the speed of innovation. Putting a regulatory framework in place that adapts to the pace of the constantly innovating mobility sector is a challenge. It is time to change! Tamy Ribeiro is a Brazilian entrepreneur and founded her first company at the age of 22. After 13 years of experience in online travel, Tamy moved to mobility when she joined Wunder Mobility, helping the company to identify opportunities and partnerships that amplified its expansion from 1 to over 100 cities. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

This is so kind of you to say that Lizbeeth! 🙏❤️
The title really threw me, though I would watch something totally different, but her ideas are really good, well do Tamy!
I saw you shared this in FB, and wondered what it was about. I envisioned you had put your kids to work haha.
@Tamy Ribeiro The Dalia Lama says the best life comes through pratice practice practice
Marek Dluzniak And he was absolutely right! 😉👌
Great talk Tamy!!!
She's right, a new view on how we move about...
I feel like I have been lectured too like a child!
Mary Basse - Hopefully in a good way! 😊
And, people could just walk more. I saw during the lockdown when we were let out how many people were walking together as families.
Wasn't it nice when in lock down the streets were so quiet, maybe there is a lesson in that too?
Absolutely Saajid. Imagine if we only had pedestrians, bikes, and electric micro vehicles accessing central areas in a regulated way? Using bike lanes, parking where they should, respecting pedestrians... This is not a utopia; cities are slowly starting to understand that this is necessary and taking actions - and I’m looking forward to seeing this transition, aren’t you? 😉🥂
@@tamyb.ribeiro8026 it would be great.
With a world run by big gas companies, not sure. But I do love the idea!!!
We’ll get there Paula! 😉🙏
