Wonderful ma'am. My humble suggestion is Ragam Sahana or Bhairavi for the Lec-dem on the role of Gamakas in Aalapanai on Veena. These Ragams have a lot of scope for Gamakas and Bhairavi has lot of Gamakas ma'am. Thank you for this nice video on each of your concerts ma'am. ☺🙏
Thank you once again, unfortunately I looked at this too late and also live in a different continent so don’t have the pleasure of watching your concerts live. These are all wonderful themes which I am sure the rasikas enjoyed immensely in your concerts most of which are over now. For those that are too far off to make it to your concerts, I would appreciate it if you could please share glimpses of these on your channel! I do have some suggestions for lec-dem (perhaps for future). Initially I too thought Bhairavi since it’s so rich in gamakas but later I got to thinking, how about expanding on allied ragas or ragas that are similar, Eg. Bowli, revagupti Bhoopalam. Valachi, malayamarutam… or ragas with differences in just one swaram that have deep differences in their bhavam… mohanam-shivaranjini, madhyamavathi-revathi (this one just fascinates me!!) all of which that you so beautifully demonstrate on your channel. Would love to hear how your 2022 Margazhi went! Thanks again for all that you share and your uplifting spirit! 🙏 I would also love to hear how the Shiva themed concert went. Somehow I have heard all ragas of shiva in gravely beautiful ragas like revathi or shivaranjani or bhoopalam and such which are very pensive and intense (yet beautiful) and not so much of upbeat or feel-good sort.

I have never heard the word "Lecdem". Is this commonly used in the world of carnatic music? I think it is a fantastic term. I always searched for a catchy word that describes the form of a talk where you play something but also explain. This is a nice term.
@@Laborejo yes it is Lecture - demonstration shortened as Lec-dem. There are many lecdems by vocalists and instrumentalists in Chennai and in online. ☺🙏
