Seal Pups Venture Away from their Colony for the First Time 🦭 Into The Wild New Zealand

A group of male seal pups head away from their colony and end up in a pool of fresh water, a few hundred yards from the sea. They immediately adopt it as a playground, chasing each other with boisterous abandon.

They are lovely. Unfortunately if that was taken were I think it was on the kaikoura coast. That lovely pool was taken out by the past big Kaikoura earthquake.
