Great video, however I've been dealing with medial knee pain when in full knee flexion (last 10-20 degrees I'd say) so this would be a bit much for my knees. Is there a progression to this or do you have any purchasable content regarding full knee flexion? I've been trying to get this knee flexion range of motion specifically when I sit cross legged for meditation (pulling the heel into the groin) but for the better part of a year now I've made very little progress with this and always get a sharp pinching on the medial side of the knee (not a meniscus problem though, more related to the pes anserinus and hip). Any help would be appreciated and keep up with the great videos!

Actually I just saw another video of your's and I think the problem is just that this amount of knee flexion is outside of my active range of motion and that's why it's been hurting me. Just did some hamstring strengthening exercises and find the knee flexion a lot better! I had stretched my hamstrings like crazy but turns out they're just really weak haha. Thanks for your help, you really know your stuff. Take care.

@@PrecisionMovementCoach coach, i have had an akle posterior tib tendon injury which has been lingering and then in last 6 months I have recurring pain on the inside top of the knee (at the vmo). My right lower limb has generally given me problems last few years. You think these injuries are connected ? I try to strengthen and do lot of yoga/stretching but these nagging injuries come back. Any ideas please ?

@@PrecisionMovementCoach thanks coach for your prompt response. I will buy the course but before that pl suggest if I need to first show my current top of knee pain to a physio/doc first. I don't think there is any tear or anything. It just has limited my activity basically to 0 now. Or I can straight away buy the course and start the exercises ?
