He was unfair in this. The guys license is not suspended. It was a clerical error. The public pretendor did nothing and the judge didn't give him a chance to speak.

Looks like i have to eat my words. Upon further investigation, they found that there was an error on the part of someone who failed to process the paperwork that was supposed to have documented that his suspended license situation should have been resolved two years ago. Two years!!!

His license being suspended was unknown to him and a clerical error by the court. The guy was so surprised he did not say he had a license. In the end, he spent two days in jail before before being released.
