Let's Make a Battery Powered Black Light Frame! NEON FX Spray Paint Art

I was commissioned to build a battery powered black light frame for a piece that I made a while back. I did not narrate this video. There are many parts that I sped up. A few are when my air compressor was running so it sounds like an angry bee on steroids. Be careful of your ears. I did bring the volume down by quite a bit but may not be enough for headphone users.
I use roofing nails in the frame part that touches the picture so that I can use 5/16" neodymium magnets to hold the picture in place.
The black lights are in strip form that have double sided tape on the back. They are 12v powered...yes, I am using a 9v battery in the video which will be changed out with a 12v A23 battery and holder.
This frame tool me 2 days to complete including filming.
