Brother mumbai is far better than delhi i lived in Delhi for 1 year too much pollution and politics there and so many bad people in Delhi. mumbai is the best city in India.

The reasons may be - Over-crowding, haphazard development either due to lack of planning or flouting the rules framed for planned development by corrupt municipal authorities, rural migration a d in some cases influx of refugees. Bit if carefully observed,the Britishers had developed the metro on some principles town planning, though now all those are subverged in overcrowding.
