  • To create in complete comfort, attach the Wacom Ergo Stand to your Cintiq Pro 24 and 32.
It allows you to raise, tilt and rotate your pen display to easily adjust the viewing angle and find the most natural position for you.
Once attached to Ergo Stand, your Cintiq Pro 24 becomes a stable surface on which to create - just like drawing at a drafting table. Plus, you can rotate the display as you’d move a sheet of paper to draw at a fresh angle.
The Stand for the Cintiq Pro 24 is out for sale:

5:26 is the moment I almost broke the lid.
4:15 I highly recommmend to put back the lid of the stand base BEFORE proceeding to this step. If you happen to drop a screw into the gap between the shaft and base, it'll be very hard to get them out.

I just wish you guys could stand for your products for more than 1 year. I got a cintiq 27 for 3 years and every year it presented problems, now the guarantee is gone and the price to fix the display is prohibitive. What should I do, WACOM? I spent a huge amount of money and I can't even use the thing anymore to do my work. If your products were really durable you would extend the guarantee for 5 years at least. But instead we get a middle finger. Thanks Wacom.

Thanks for the comment, I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Cintiq 27QHD and that you are out of warranty, could you please explain to me what is the issue that you are experiencing, to see what can we do for you. - AC

Well it's simple, the first time the screen got a Vertical Line right in the middle, permanent. And ok.. took it to the warranty and they fixed it. Less than a year after that event, I was using it and suddenly the entire screen became pink and went off few seconds later. And it doesn't turn on anymore. I called the support ( I am at Brazil, by the way) and discovered that it is not covered by the warranty anymore. And I bought it on July, 2016. Only 2 years of use. (Sorry I said 3 years on the comment, I just lost track of time, but nonetheless)
I know I was rude with my "middle finger" comment, but you guys must understand: Your products are the most expensive in the market, to buy something from Wacom in certain countries like here in Brazil is no joke. We spend A LOT. My Cintiq, for example, costed almost the price of a popular car here in my country (plus the desk stand, that I bought as well).
I repeat, this is no joke. Wacom products are expensive. VERY. And we trust that the price is proportional to the quality and durability.
If we chose to make such sacrifice to support the products and the brand we love, we shouldn't be left like this in the middle of the road when the product fails to us.
I love Wacom, I've been using the Bamboo and Intuos since I started working on my field (UI design and now 3D Modeling and Game design). But with what happened with the Cintiq (2 years of use and two problems) I feel a major let down.
And to be more dramatic, but it's a real story: When I was about to give up working in my field, I decided to buy the Cintiq to study more and feel more motivated and not give up my design career. And I made the sacrifice to buy it, when only STUDIOS here in Brazil can afford them.
      So.. there it is =/

@@ronan5946 ... I feel for you. And don't get me wrong you make a very strong point about the cost associated in Brazil, ect. If I was you, I would be raging! However or rather in addition... I would like to add that even here in the USA, Wacom products should carry a 5 year warranty also. I'm a freelance artist. I depend on my machines working as they should. I've spent a fortune on battery backups, surge protectors and the like to protect my tools (electronic or otherwise). A Wacom Cintiq is a big expense for me as well. There is no reason a Cintiq should have an issue in 5 years or under, if taken care of. More often than not, it's normally a company cheaping out on a 5 cent part for a 2 cent part because that 3 cents saved adds up at our expense but, their reputation, Wacom. Other manufacturers are catching up!
I'm also highly annoyed that I cannot use my Egrotron arm with the Cintiq Pro line. Wacom is very much aware that more than a few artists uses Egrotron arms. Instead, they are trying to force use to buy their stand (which is not cheap)!!! Ironically, I'm pretty sure I would have opted for the stand this time around but, for one, it's nice to have an option as to what feels right and what I prefer to use. And two, it's morally wrong to not to be an Apple and take things away for profit. Profit comes, when you make good products and stand by them (aka a better than average warranty).
I'm holding off on a 24 Cintiq Pro Touch & stand (if I get the latter), until I know the 24 pro's will last (which means waiting another year or two).

Give us voice-over instruction, please. The instructions in the box are dreadful. The fact that I had to buy a separate stand is like finding out a new car comes with no wheels. The built-in legs are worthless. I feel like I've been scammed. I would advise those who are thinking about buying the Cintiq to think long and hard. A $2000 investment instantly went up an extra $530.
