- Come with me to BUY A CAR for the first time!! My first car buying experience went much smoother than I could have expected. I love the Honda Civic EX because its fuel efficient, super reliable, and SAFE!
Once I knew What features I wanted in a Car, I narrowed down which car I wanted down to the exact year, make and model. From there, I looked for dealerships that had the car I wanted. Of course I had to see the car to make sure it fit my standards and here I am: on the road again!

I bought my 2018 Civic EX-T new back in June 2018. After nearly three years of ownership and a lot of driving 69,000 miles to date), I have absolutely no issues so far. I’m getting 32.8 mpg with a lot of highway miles. Just make sure you maintain the car regularly and you’ll have years and years of trouble-free ownership. Congrats on your purchase.

This is a nice looking car, but I recommend doing frequent oil changes if you bought the 1.5L turbo engine. They seemed to have a big problem with oil dilution and that could cause serious problems if you keep the car a long time. Other than that, I think you made a good choice.

@@creativemelanin Yes, lane watch is your blind spot. and also the left mirror has a tilt in the mirror for your bling spot. Is that not what you are referring to?
Ahhh I just looked it up. I guess there is a difference. I love lane watch thought it does an amazinggggg job!!! But now when I think about it, it should have had it on the left mirror too because thats the one thats harder to see. I still love the car, do you use sport mode?

Yes. I have. Its smooth even when on sports mode but i usually drive on Eco mode. I picked this car out myself
