The big punches are from Super Baby Vegeta. I would know, I worked on his movesets lol. As for the voice, we chose the Male CAC voice. (Voice 004 in character creation)

Slo I don't think rigor and Vegeta are actually brothers that's probably Vegetas old rival before Goku when they were little. The long hair kid with Vegeta was Rigor after Raditz went to earth, and Vegeta thought he died by some monster on some plant. Oh he also has a Wife. I hope I'm wrong.
