Did exactly as described in the video but didnt work. Getting a 'No Toner' message😢
Wow!! First time something works for me. Awesome awesome awesome!! Thank you
Problem solved thank you ....good job !
I'm so glad you produced this video. I did find how to do this in the online manual, but it's not exactly "intuitive" 😄.
Thanks, it gave me a successful message, but still didn't work on my 2353dw
After this I opened the cover
Pressed Back+GO for 2 seconds
Released and pressed Back once
a TNR-STD menu apeared
Used (down) arrow \/ to navigate to TNR-HC
Pressed OK
And then, (down) arrow \/ again to confirm reset
At this stage the replace toner went away.
Thank you for the inspiration.
PS: the toner I received with the printer only went ±300 pages until the message REPLACE TONNER popped up. It should be good for at least 1000 pages IMO.
I tried this multiple times with my HL-L2400DW. It doesn’t work. I’ve also removed and shaken the cartridge multiple times and the online toner meter says the cartridge is still half full. Still getting the change toner message. I only bought the damn thing 24 hours ago 😡
Unfortunately this doesn’t work (HL-L2400DWE). After completing the steps it still says ‘toner low’.
same here
