Who knew it was that easy, finally someone breaks it down in a way my old and addled brain can understand. Can't believe it's taken me this long to find out something so simple. Sangah you're a star 🌟 thank you and thanks again to Pianote for getting together and producing these super tutorials.
Thanks Sangah, Lisa, Pianote. Love your UA-cam tutorials they've made it possible for retired grandad to learn something new and thoroughly enjoy himself at the same time. Have a great day. I'm off to practise now! 🤗👍

Hi Sangah….great lesson and great formula….my question is how is what simple formula would you suggest when you have a slash chord like say like A-7/G or Cmaj7/E in moon river and where the bass note in the slash chord is not a chordal note?
I'm a trumpet player who plays a little piano as well. I guess nowadays we would call this lesson a piano "hack". Regardless of what you want to call it, I will definitely be adding this to my bag of tricks. Very well done, thank you so much
Thanks . Yah ! I'm stay in my home studying, Good idea 1,2,3,5. IT's good to my guitar.I living in town Brazil. Now gonna ! 1235 1235 all keys. Thanks.

how do you know what note to start the walk on (pinky, known as finger 5)
cool!
do we number the fingers differently depending on some context? I'm always coming across it with the thumb being the 1 and pinky 5.
Great personality
So, chord triad add2. Right?

How about just playing 1,3,5,1+next octave
I don't like the way this video ends with a treble clef symbol yet it's all about walking bass.
Just kidding. Thanks Pianote and the lovely Sangah
