Dude has had the craziest life ever survived plane crashes child trafficking.
"LET ME TELL YA SUMTHIN BROTHA"...............that why he always been such a mental case.
@@arresthillary9502😊😊😊😊 loo un C. C.
He also survived being struck by lightning ⚡ as well if u think I'm lying watch the new RF documentary on Peacock 🦚
@@arresthillary9502damn for some reason I read it in Hogan's voice
That explains how he could get into wrestling and dominate. Takes a special and different person to live a lifestyle like he did
Shannon Sharpe has become the best interviewer. He always comes prepared, asks the right questions, and most importantly allows his guests to speak without interrupting.
Yeah unlike the types like VladTV 😂
@@billythatkidd6926and Flagrant!
Man. If anything, this interview just tells me how fast life flies. I remember being in middle school watching him on TV. Seeing him now at this age is crazy.
Natch was never young though
Crazy that you aged and he hasn’t?
Dude has been 80 since the 90's
I'm thankful that Rick loved his parents and appreciated what they did for him.
His parents story of how they died really touched my soul. She must really have loved that man. It’s sad yet beautiful of true love to the end!
Dam . Ricks life story would make an incredible movie . He's been through it all .
That’s interesting how his adoptive parents had the degrees and jobs that they had and he ended up being one of the greatest showmen in wrestling history.
Glad Ric Flair shared his story on Club Shay Shay. Many can learn from one of the all-time greats.
Rick, is proof that environment matters not so much biology, he was surrounded by loving, intelligent, gifted ppl
Best Ric Flair interview I've watched.
Protect this man at all costs!!
My first on the books job was working at the retirement community where his parents lived. He would come eat with them sometimes. It was crazy looking over at a room full of old people, and there's Ric Flair. His hair was always perfect, too!
Too bad he doesn’t know his birth family. I’ve always wondered if they had insane personalities like Flair’s because his adopted family seemed very prim and proper
Ric Flair is a living legend!!! Wooooooooo!!
Shannon's interviews are so on point !! Great and tough questions, but he asks them with compassion and thought.
Great questions from Shannon! You can tell he really put in his research here to interview an all time legend. Kudos man!
I like how Shannon mimics his guest's posture. A key strategy to get someone more comfortable.
Shannon is getting better and better each interviewee
Club shay shay is special, gotta appreciate these convos.
What a life he's had. He's a survivor for sure. I was never a wrestling fan but I was a Ric fan if that makes sense. 😀❤️ It's good to see him tear up because REAL men cry and have feelings ❤️❤️. We see Ric and other stars being macho and tough but it takes real strength to cry and feel. Ric is a real man😀👍❤️
That's crazy about his mother, great interview.
Best episode yet
He said " prob wanna borrow money" 🤣
Respect for anything Rick did and how open he shares it
this is the best interview conducted with Ric Flair I have seen ever, by far. All credit to The interviewer
Great interview 😁😁
Thank you Mr. Flair
Imagine being the brother and finding out so you just wanna meet him to be connected to your family and he says this about you. That's heartless to me.
Minnesota man love that boy Rick
This got me emotional. Wow.
Dude who trafficked him was probably the same one to write his pay cheques later in life
It was a woman named Georgia Tann that stole him, and a whole lot of other kids.
What happened to her
There is a book on it I believe, I forget the name of it. But talks all about these exact childhood traffickers in the late 1940’s that Flair was apart of.
@@JJ-vp3bd there was also an episode of unsolved mysteries about her. She made millions of dollars in the 30's and 40's from the child trafficking.
Bro if you're talking about Vince he was 4 at the time lol 😭
There needs to be a movie made about this man!
I would buy it
Nah.. we have enough biopics out there.. honestly after watching Dewey Cox I can’t take a biopic seriously anyway
@@BBPalmer420 i would just like to see a film on the man's life but I agree there are too many. Not to mention the guy that played Ric Flair in the Iron Claw was awful. He has no charisma
He was born to made it ! Wat a great guy
Shannon is a great interviewer
He seems like he brings the best and most comfortable side out of every guest.
I'm the "Nature Boy" Fred Phillips! Woooo!
Rick Flair had me crying up in this club
This was deep.
"I felt like I didn't do them justice because they were such good people" - Bro, that's f* deep.
Ric seems like a good soul
Wow grew up in mn is crazy I’m from there but from the eastside 😂
Hands down the best interview I have ever seen for Ric. UNC is the modern day Barbara Walters
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Wooooh! 👌🏾
Memphis has a dark history of stealing orphans. We had huge orphanages in the city.
Outside of Memphis, too. Tuck away in the counties. Run by the Catholic churches. Now, most of those churches are in ruins.🤨
The goat of wrestling
Ric has had a crazy life you could make 2 movies on his life. Sad that he never sought out his biological parents or ignoring his own biological brother
Ric Flair❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️!
He also survived living in a volcano, the end of the world and mosquito bites. Legend
I want to be as chill as this guy when I’m old
If you had to spend nearly all your life dressed up like this guy going around yelling WOO everywhere and playing an exhausting character .. trust me, you would be chill too at his age 😂
Does not look like a Fred Phillips.
Rick keeps kicking out of tough times
“Innocently riding a motorcycle around Lake Calhoun” sir no you were NOT! Those paths were made for walkers and bicyclists.
It's fine. Calm down.
i love Ric Flair
Back then 10K a YEAR was a lot of money? That's the cost of private high schools where I live a year today. 10K in 64 is 99K today. My grandfather bough his house in 1956 for 9K
We need a doc on Ric Flair
We need a biopic movie .
There is already one on peacock
have always been a fan of Mr, Ric Flair, long before his Airplane crash in October '75. I remember him with Rip hawk and he called him Uncle Rip, and all is tie died T shirts, etc, I knew he was going to be a star. Now on Shannon, Wow, have seen his interviews for years, will say he is such a great interviewer, I am very impressed with his interviews, keep up the good work Shannon.
Kids Rick Flair is THE GOAT
Just know when talking to a pro wrestler everything is a “work.” Lol
What can you say but wooooooooo
Interview Ricky Williams, pacman jones, l.t running back, Devin Hester, ICP, Brock lesner
His life is insane
If you don't like it, you'll learn to love it WWWWWWWWWWWWWHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Shay don’t advertise for betting. You’re BETTER THAN THAT!!!
I didn’t know that. Tuff man

I always thought ric flair was a good laid back guy.
@2:15 had one?😶😆
👍🏻
Dudes life could make 10 different movies
Ric Flair went to North Korea. That was a great story
Bro since birth he's life wasnt usual...so how can you ask why he did what he did
Josh Giddey
shannon is actually good when he doesnt talk about lechina leclown james
He was adopted or stolen?
Both
Ric, please retire that suit! You look good man! You don't need that Liberace suit.
Go buy him the one that you like.
First white guest?
No.😂
@@Apollocreed2076 who was ?
Why does that matter . I'm white but I can understand him looking after his fellow race .

@@bigt9374 just an observation tbh
Dude stay crying
You must be a child…
@@thewise_1one856 na..every single interview i see of flair hes crying about some sh* lol

This is the worst guest to have on a show like this, I’m sorry but some washed up old wrestler, I could care less about him and his bunk stories
Its okay buddy, you stay in your corner thinking that😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
Then maybe skip the episode and quit being a crybaby on UA-cam
Yet here you are
@@joannroy3278 wrestling isn’t real, wrestlers are not professional athletes, it’s a performance, like a ballet and I watch a lot of sports shows that’s why I’m here
I got to give Shannon Sharpe, a.k.a. Unk his props. He really does do his research on the people he’s interviewing. 🫡
I'm sure he has people who research for him
@@tjones617he probably has people who help him with the research but Shannon genuinely is interested in ric flair stiry and old school wrasslin
Shannon is a sportsman
Probably looked into it himself
