Just washed mines after 1 month. Just kept doing refreshing. Slept last night with conditioner on my hair, a plastic cap and slouch hat. Finally got used to it. Slept under an electric blanket. Not trying to get sick.
My scalp feels much better after washing. Refreshing works up until 4th week.

When I stretch my hair with a blow dryer it shrinks back up the next day. I have to band it at night to keep the stretch. Any suggestions?

Whenever I watch my faves wash and go videos, I notice y’all don’t ever have any (or very little) shed hair in your hands. My hair sheds like CRAZY when I do wash and gos, even after a trim, deep condition, finger detangle, comb detangle, ANYTHING.
What am I doing wrong?? 😩about to just give up on wash and gos. Maybe they just not for me🤷🏾♀️
313miss0812 I had the same issue! Try a protein treatment to strengthen your strands. Also make sure your hair is drenched with water bc it’s really helped me.
Well most of them don't actually stop to show it. Their videos are edited. Hair shedding is normal, do you think it might be breakage?

Tia Sue I think it works great for people with naturally defined hair so it didn’t work the best for me but no flaking

You know you’re a pro when you don’t use a brush to detangle 4 day old hair 😩
Sometimes the brush just adds to the tangles! Smooth your hair down and sections with your 2 hands and remove those loose hairs that's helps in getting rid of the tangles.
