    I personally feel that keeping your core tight and breathing behind that shield, is the first critical injury prevention. The second being keeping your glutes tight, especially in any overhead movement ( clean and press,snatch jerk , arnold press). Third lock out those joints

    Hey Gregory,
    hast du bei dir auch Kunden, welche zuvor eine ausgekugelte Schulter hatten und trotzdem später Übungen wie Snatch und Jerk machen konnten ohne Gefahr zu laufen, erneut die Schulter auszukugeln?
    Bin leider gerade in dieser Situation und möchte nach der Ausheilung wieder mit Kettlebells einsteigen ohne eine erneute Luxation zu riskieren.

      Wir hatten diverse Verletzungen und soviel ich weiss, war da auch einmal eine ausgekugelte Schulter dabei. Überkopf Übungen können die Schulter stabilisieren. Ich würde ohne Schwungübugen anfangen und dann langsam rantasten.

    Dude, like gross. I do everything in my power to not hurt myself. I had a shoulder that had to be repaired. It came out 200 times in two years. Labrum was off the bone. Every since that, I haven't really gotten hurt. You hate to see it.
