Before econ changes this was the best path to max out number of factories for Turkey w/o. expansion. I've got >100 (112?) factories by early 1941, almost filled out all build slots. You could get like 3-4% consumer goods on partial mob, it was crazy

Edit: Also, picking the Etatism path makes building factories with PP more expensive, they are still not great if you pick the Liberalism path instead, but they are most certainly better.
