Biscotti are classic Italian cookies that are super crunchy, and thus good for dunking in coffee if you're an adult, and milk if you have kids. These delightfully crunchy oatmeal biscotti are so easy to make and basically irresistible! Warning to those who are now about to make them, you can't stop eating them as I did :)

100g Whole Wheat Flour
100g All Purpose Flour
70g Hazelnut Flour
150g Brown Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
60g Melted Unsalted Butter
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
100g Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp Heavy Cream
