- We spent a little more that a week in Buena Vista Colorado. I got pretty busy tattooing, but still managed to fish a decent amount.
Buena Vista is an awesome fishing destination! almost every tiny creek, river, pond, or lake in the area has trout in it. You even have a shot at a grand slam (Catch a rainbow, brown, brookie, and cutthroat)

Such a cool little stream. So wild catching nice fish in a stream where it is only a couple feet wide.

Lived in CO 45 years fished that area Buena Vista , Salida a lot . It’s a fun area with lots of fishing options, obviously you found a bunch of them .Antero has some hogs in it we use to take our trailer to Buffalo Peaks not to far away and camp and fish Antero ,Spinney , and 11 mile many times no people and more options for small creek fishing. Thanks for the video
Yes, that was a Greenback Cutthroat. The other Cut in Colorado is the Yellowstone Cutthroat and it has a lot more spots and has orange on the gill plate.

Cool video! I wish fishing was like this with my dad. I'm older now and have my own kids and want to make a positive experience for them. I believe that we can have a fun time without yelling and tears😁

We are not. Our camper is so heavy I don’t think it’d be safe through the mountains.

But that's how it is pronounced. Decreed by the town fathers (actually a woman😀) so that it sounded like beautiful!

BV works for me too! When we got our place there I asked locals which it was. Overwhelming response was the BYoona! Maybe I'll see you on the water some day! We love it there.
