Great reviews Nate. I have a T-Outliner that's older than dirt but still cuts as smooth as butter. I'm researching the Detailer. When aligning the blades, I find that it's easier to place them on a flat solid surface and tilt them a little at an angle towards the smaller blade and then tighten them. It's very difficult to align them freehand. Thanks to you now I know about the SuperLiner.
Thank you for also going through procedure on properly disassembling and reassembling the detailer so you don't fuck em over, bought these today. One video in this feed don't even have dialogue, smh. Nice video fam👍
Hey bro, I zero gapped the Wahl Detailer. The blades are dead staight when it is switched off, but when I switch the Wahl on and then off I noticed the teeth get crooked and are misaligned. Do I need to tighten the screw on the outside, or the inside please? Bless up
If the blade is shifting when you tighten your screws, tighten them down just enough to hold the blade in place and do just like he does, pinch the blade while you tighten it
Hey Nate. This is your white boy comin at you from S.F. Cali. I just gotta say something. Man you can grow such a great beard - - If it was me -- & I could grow one like you Then I would let it grow super long - you know- like some of those old Presidents of the U.S. used to do. Also, I do have to say if you have a lady in your life she might not like it because of sensitivities reasons (i.e. when you be goin down on her) she might feel irritated of ticked by it. You know how women can be super sensitive down there. Anyway, just my 2 cents. & I like this vid. Thank You Sir. Sincerely, JAMES.
Ah. I remember when some barbers lined me up my whole forhead would be irritated. But the ones who use buzzers like this it was fine. Can get a decent line w/o using razors. But i guess it won't last as long
If they are cutting you , Then you definitely do not have them adjusted correctly..... ajust the cutting blade to a lower position MAKE SURE THEY ARE SLIGHTLY OVERLAPPING for best results
@@NateMatthews thanks sir..your video was helpful and i fixed it I believe where before it was hurting me. I was watching with my 7 and 5 year old kids and felt bad..

Would you really recommend to zero gap the Wahl Detailer Li?
Hey Nata, I have the retro T cut trimmers and they hurt. It also has a 5 star t wide. Is it normal that they cut or am I using them wrong?
What would you recommend for a beginner instead of these? thanks
any more tips on how to stop the blade twisting when you tighten the screws? I have been tightening each one slightly but it still twists
sounds like youve stripped the screws.

This is the one to get .
What did you get, L. P.?
have you tried magic shave cream for bald heads
Why you don't just leave it as the factory condition ?
Thank you!
Thanks bro👍
You Bad Brah :)
what to do with the irritation I get from the detailer. how to fix this problem? and when I do would I still get crisp line ups?
You using aftershave?
TheHerrMan yes but it is not the issue. I get irritation when using the clippers only. Literally once i start lining up. I use straight razors

i use these wahl detailers and apparently you gotta adjust the gap otherwise they bite @@TheHerrMan
@@ahmed007Jaber agreed anywhere they cause irritation should increase the gap. Necks and foreheads more sensitive than the main head
I did this now it cuts skin
+cali fivefiftysix which means you did it wrong. Shouldn't cut that close. Back it up a lil bit

The cutting blade(small one) should be a hair under the stationary(big one) blade.
cali Fifty mine too
Shape up.
The gon burn to ass 😂
Why does he have to use bad words?
Thanks for your input.
