I always love crunchyness and the semi-burnt ends on certain foods, but having it all be crunchy is bad, the variety in texture is what makes it nice too.
My wife just asked me to smoke some pork belly this weekend, so this is perfect! Definitely looking into the longer, more detailed version of this vid! It can't be that easy, can it? 🤣😂🤣
I chickened out and went for the ribs instead, which came out amazing! I will be testing it out this weekend when I don't have 30 friends and family coming over, which was why I bailed on experimenting with the "Burnt Ends".
