Thanks for making this vdo. I motorbikes around Hokkaido years ago. Love it. Toilets are super clean and food from Lawson was delicious when time was tight. Motorist are super friendly. Your VDO brings back those beautiful memories..will definitely do it again.

I also quit my corporate job over four months ago and now I’m just at home in California, wondering what’s the next step, my original plan was to travel all over west side of the US, but I didn’t complete yet. Your video give me so much inspirations and open up a side of Japan that I never imagined to see, I will keep going on my journey and one day. Hopefully I can also camper van around Japan like you 😊

I'm from Canada, but lived in Japan for a year before while teaching English, so I wanted to come back and explore while focusing on my creative passions instead :)
Ya man I shoot in LOG which is all gray (basically allows you to capture more highlights and shadows), so you have to edit it! But I typically keep my colour grading pretty true to real life, with a touch of my style. And luckily drone-san will be back very soon 🙂.
I was actually trying to post on the weekend but I've had very poor wifi and wasn't able to upload until today 🥲. I'd like to be consistent with the uploads but it's tough when I'm out of service sometimes. Regardless, always aiming for one upload/week or week and a half!

Do you need a permit to fly a drone on remote places?
If your drone is over 249g or in cities or national parks.
