I own an '84 (Gen1 W126) with reclining/heated back seat. Process is similar, but there are a couple bolts holding the bottom in rather than quick release. Also, you have to unplug connections for recliner and heated seats as you remove the seat. The top of the seat back is a little different too. A plastic cover flips up to expose the hardware connection. As a bonus, you'll hopefully find the original M-B build sheet under the back seat. I did, but thought it was trash and discarded it :(
