Another thing you didn't mention is that he's good at working with what he has. Ten hag has molested the clubs finances so xavi being used to developing youth and integrating them will be useful. Plus he knows how to build a foundation for a good team, look at barca now under flick. We could do a similar thing by having xavi till the 2026 world Cup, then getting nagelsmann to take the reins and take the team to the next level.
