Me too. I spent 10 years in an "association". Was supposed to be about recovery, fellowship, family. But when my mother was in her last days, they expected me to leave her side and attend the national picnic. And some wanted to play 1%er. Not what I signed up for.
But what if you want to be outlaws but can’t get in at the moment but your organization lives like it subtle or behind doors to hide from law enforcement? I
A coworker left an Outlaw MC because he found God. His old lady didn’t want to leave. Got divorced and he got custody of his two kids. He never talked about the MC unless you asked specific questions. Much respect to him.
When I first joined the 1% club I was in, they made it sound amazing... Then I realized they politic more than they ride, they are each other's silent worst enemies; Power struggles; bike bashing (your harley is old and mine is new) and all that other little kid BS was enough for me.
I road with a MC In northern Cali. About ten years ago I got into a bad accident in my bike and my bike was a total loss. I suffered head injuries, broken right forearm and 6 broken ribs. Not having a bike and my years of rehab and to heal, my MC understood and gave me BLESSING. To this day I still keep in contact with some BROTHERS and my son that grew up knowing those MC uncles still say hi to those MC uncles. RIDE SAFE and RIDE ALIVE !!!
I never stepped up to wear that diamond only because a club wasn't b4 my kids. My ol lady knew I was an outlaw from day 1, and by outlaw I mean like Jesse & Frank James, Billy the Kid them kind of outlaws.
PTSD from 24 years in the army. 4 combat tours. I was in a military group for 5 years. Demons got to me and only one guy stood with me. That is when I realized I was a rider and not a brother. I turned in my vest
The craziest thing, is that I felt like a true 1%ER the day I left. I was on my own, riding with 16inch Apes, head held high, and true to my family and my core values. Riding alone, you love the culture more than the rocker and ribbon.

i watched every single video of yours almost like 9 months and i got an idea to revive my dad motorcycle club which is disbanded since 2002,at first my dad didn't want to agree my idea cus of the old rival clubs in my local but now he's taking a role as a founder and showing us a guidelines. it was fun now we've connected with a lots of former members.it was hard to order some of the former members as a 19years old president anyway we have so much fun and having a brotherhood is such a blessing.thanks for all the knowledge sharing Demons Row 🔥🔥

Got jumped on by a prospect and his father whom I didnt want to vote in, but took my brothers word. Held my own until i got hit in the back of the head. Knocked me out then they put boots to my face. Had reconstructive surgery. They no longer in the club. Thing is I was an officer. Was gonna go back but it didn't feel the same
@DemonsRow broke my cheek bone in 2 places, my eye socket in 2 places and kicked my cheek in an inch doctor had to pop it back out. Doctor also said if I take to hard of a hit ill go blind in that eye so my fighting days are over unless absolutely 💯
Loyalty. I was a 12 year old hang around til I was old enough to patch. The reason that attracted me was family & loyalty, since I was the black sheep in my own family. For a few years I thought it was solid, then the let down. Cops pulled a drug raid & I got framed by a brother. No one stood up for me, even aside from the case. I was expected to "take one for the team" & should expect to deal with it on my own. It cost me my job, put my marriage on the rocks, etc. Loyalty? Was my ticket to be a loner.
I've got my exit strategy.... after nearly 15 years I love my brother's but I love my woman, my dogs and Jesus more and they need my attention along with business ventures and various goals. It's gonna be a soft landing for the club for sure as I'll continue to recruit the right people and keep that brotherhood in tact so my exit will be nice and easy. Always leave something better than you found out. 1.5 years to go.... I'll miss it but it is what it is. I'll still be around for sure just can't dedicated whole weekends at a time to travel, regional meetings, president meetings, nationals etc
Value exchange is real talk. How many of us stuck around with a significant other, club etc etc just a tad too long? Not saying bail at first sign but keep those eyes peeled. If I ever leave my club, I won’t join another club. I will call that a closed chapter of my life.
A 99% local club. Never fully patched, but left because there was more drama between them than there was brotherhood at least from my point of view. Hypocrisy and unnecessary drama, childish things like getting drunk and pissing on other clubs stickers. The president, great man. His crew, bunch of goons.
the disabled part does for me , I was hang around but also very close with the bros properly working my way up I woulda been a lifer , but 2017 I fell 4 stories at work and becmae disabled, lost the use of my feet and am on crutches for life was supposed to be in chair for life but those same bros made sure I did physio, but cuz my feet dont work means I couldnt ride which means I couldnt go further, but they still support me in very way possible and support my luxury car photography/ youtube carreer and now Ive riden in some of the rarest most expensive cars on the planet and even became friends with Drakes drivers and team and yes he knows who I am and we talk, point being without their constant support I dont know where I would be, having to sell my harley and give riding was the hardest thing ever still is, some days I see hommies riding and I wann put a b*llet through my skull but then I remember both my familys, my new career and lease on life I think If I told you my story it would break your mind I live in 24/7 excruciating pain but fight everyday

You can still ride a bike. My friend lost his left arm and left leg in a crash with a semi-truck. There are things you can fit to bikes to overcome your disabilities. Don't give up two wheels for a trike!

Unfortunately, we’re seeing a lot of the old school traditions die off with the new generation. Different isn’t always bad, but I’ve been sitting on the sidelines for a while and where things are currently I couldn’t see re engaging. I guess Im stuck in a different era. #ghostin

I chose my current wife over a fat stinking, dirty "brother" that always expected to do my blow for free and always try to flirt with my old lady. He stank and never washed his clothes. They were all mostly disgusting and half dumb to talk to. Good bye! Have a good life boys.
I stepped away because of the indecisive rules. Meaning, while one said don't do this, then another says do that. That shit got very confusing and old. And no loyalty.
I was in a 1% club. I will not mention the name of my club or any other clubs I am speaking of. My club decided to patch over to a larger 1% club that did not have a chapter in our area. I did not want to be part of the larger club because I like being in a smaller easier to control club that had way less baggage and external problems with many rivals. The biggest problem for me was my club would cease to exist when we patched over. I was not happy so I went my own way. Sad day for me but turned out to be a blessing. Once patched over, our chapter of the larger club was annihilated by the local dominate club within 2 weeks. Now neither my original club nor the larger club exists in the area. Remember, always go with your gut. You’ll never be sorry in the long run.
A friend of mine joined one of the Big 4 MCs four years ago. He's in jail now over a beef that started before he even joined, and he'll do at least 8 years. I wonder if he goes to sleep wondering if it's worth it.
I left HA back in 2018. I was a member for 5 years. You are right it is a life changing experience being in the club and very life changing for me leaving the club. I am not going to say why i left because i still feel like that is charter business just say we had a different opinions on the way things should have been handled. There is a lot of good brother's all over the us that i miss but there's a lot of them that still call and check on me . I made my decision to leave and even though I miss the life it was the right choice for me to better myself and grow. One thing about it . If you are ever in a 1% club and you leave or out bad it will follow you from now on especially with law enforcement. Still have at least 6 cars show up if i get pulled for a seat belt violation. Lol
I was a hangaround with some riders when I was 14 when I bought a 58 panhead that had been wrecked. They helped me build it up so that I could ride it when I got my license at 16. Then I joined the military at 18. Now 50 years later I'm patched in a M/M
I quit prospecting because I wasn’t into the life style as much as I thought I would be. I just retired out of the army and I wasn’t able to be told what to do anymore. I didn’t like the meet and greets. It always felt awkward. I’m an introvert and don’t connect with people much. I wasn’t into how clubs had beef with each other over patches or whatever. I get some bikers it really means a lot to them but it wasn’t for me.
Yep, my idea of fun isn’t spending an entire Saturday shaking hands and introducing myself to people for no reason other than to announce my chapter’s presence at a “run” which was nothing more than a way to get money for the officers.

Man that’s in any organization. The ones you are closest to have the most power to damage your reputation. We got a dude in our MA that doesn’t come around much anymore who has made it publicly known he doesn’t like me. Won’t shake hands or properly greet me as a brother, just gives a fist bump. It’s all good though, his actions are doing my work for me.
I have folded colors from one club because I had to move to a different state there wasn’t any chapters to transfer to. I did however rejoin another club after hanging around for 2 years and prospecting a year. After 5 years I transferred to another chapter.
I left a club because my front brake pads needed replacing, and I didn't know how to fix it, so I sold my bike and continued high school! Screw those motocross clubs in the dirt trails!

i left my club because of a mixture of things, (stuff i couldnt implement because of powers at be amongst other things), but more importantly to much snakes in my kitchen. i just walked off, took the ramification with it too, but buy then i had lost heart to care. im still loyal i never jumoed ship or neither did i talk my secrets to the next gang either, i aint like that, thats why i havent joined another club, im not that type of person. miss the life though.
Started riding club. Left in the early stages because of lack of respect for one of the dominants. Came back. Prospected. Earned my patch. The. I stated to notice a lack of loyalty. Egos. But the nail in the coffin was a lie told to a dominant club that they already knew the answer too. (As they always do)
I left the 1% club I was in, and I hate to say it, but I almost think it was laughable. I put in hard work and after a year I got patched in, and after six months of being patched in, they told me to go to another chapter because "I was too hungry for money," and they're not the chapter for that. They were all old timers who got their shit going for them and were kind of set up already, if that makes sense. So, I went to another chapter, traveled a lot, and saw lots of other chapters. In every chapter I went to, it just seemed like members were all talk. Don't get me wrong, they'd walk the walk, but not like I expected. It reminded me a lot of my time in service when I was younger lots of shit talking. But in service I knew that the guy sleeping next to me had my back. Lots of words and no action. Just an example, a member I used to spend a lot of time with got arrested. He had been told not to worry, they'd take care of his wife and kid, visit him, and make sure he got money on the books. I can't go into detail, but trust me, this man has done a lot of shit for them. And you know what? They did nothing. So I went and helped his wife and kid out, did groceries with them, paid for their bills, etc. I went to visit him, made sure there was money on the books, and when I mentioned it, they looked at me like I was crazy. Then they sit there and call each other brother, almost like they're having a circle jerk about how they'd have each other's back, etc. So, when push comes to shove, they didn't do enough in my opinion. And that's just one example. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that club is BS or that they're pussies, but there are so many words without action, and all kinds of shit like that made me leave. I didn't want to be a part of that.
Never been in a mc but when I was younger I had a group of friends that we pretty much ran any room or place we was in. We had eachothers back and always held our own. We took and sold pills and weed but we didn't get into meth until later years and that's when loyalty went down the drain. I never touched the stuff they always tried to get me to but I never did. It sorta made me ostracized but I still loved them. Slowly the Stealing, lying, and backstabbing took place. I'm still on speaking terms with one guy but we don't really hangout anymore. The rest either are dead or so strung out they can't form a sentence. I miss that feeling of brotherhood so much. That's what drew me to your channel is that the mc culture seems so similar to how we ran shit but after seeing this idk if it's the right move because I see the same problems in it too. Hell I don't even ride I just want that brotherhood. To help out and be helped out when it's time to take care of business. Weather that be a fight or just stopping a roof from leaking. I miss that shit so much. Loyalty is so damn hard to find now and i guess i just have hopes that clubs like 81 or 15 have that but now I don't know. Spent 6yr as a Toronto Outlaw . went through a civil war . Major drama violence towards men that once called eachother brother. We got back together it just didnt sit right with me . I left soon after
I was part of a Christian MC. 3 years as a guest, friend of, actual hang around bar, to prospect. There was a change in leadership. I would have died for my brothers. I did EVERYTHING without question. I am not going to disrespect them, but I felt the MC was more important to them than the JC. I left by choice, not a bad MC, just a difference of opinion with leadership. If you are seriously looking at the MC culture, be careful, don't jump, and make sure your CORE VALUES align. If they don't align and you follow a patch or a group of dudes, it is likely to end badly. If you are invited to hang around, I would suggest you do that and listen with your mouth and talk with your ears. It is not something anyone should take lightly.
When I started in the 70s, it was truly biking and brotherhood. Left the lifestyle almost 9 years ago because (and I don't care what anyone says) it's not so much anymore. To many politics now.
My Dad, and Uncles all rode together in a kind of family club. They did business with the bigger clubs, but never had any affiliations. They were invited to cookouts, and clubhouses quite a bit. I was barely a teenager, but remember how other clubs had respect for them, and never heard of them getting static for doing business with a rival club.
Man, sitting here shaking my head in agreement. It’s tough for a while, especially when you devoted yourself to working hard for the brothers. A couple of years out, it’s much easier.

From your videos, it seems like a lot of people that join clubs come from bad childhoods with abuse? Are people looking for someone who actually cares about them and has their back, or am I way off? was a month away from full patch. I worked hard, was loyal and dedicated, even had members from other clubs tell me they wish they had prospects that worked as hard as I did. My own club stole from me and my business, disrespected me and my family, and stabbed me in the back on several occasions. The chapter on chapter infighting and backstabbing and of other clubs in front of me was another constant. Some of the guys I saw get full patch that were not even close to club worthy but were good friends with high ranking members. After all that how was I supposed to call any of them brother once I got full patch? That BS cost some friends I have known for over four decades. Once I left some wanted me out bad but they had nothing to base it on.

For those that don’t know and say they know. Allow me to say I was that guy briefly. I can honestly say I thought I was bulletproof. I had full support from my kids, there mother I have been a father since childhood 🤷♂️, employment and total support from the rest of my loved ones. I grew up in Philadelphia 5th-39th districts. I have loved ones and had been exposed to the lifestyle since 4 years old I’m 42. As I said I was a I know I know everything type. Until I realized that I was very very wrong. I hung around and was invited to pro select. In aug of 21 a few of us went on a run to Ny. We were arrested for 2 class d felony possession of a unlicensed firearm. I wasn’t sure if this was mc business or we were ot doing what we do. HSI,NYSP,investigators for Oc, Rampo twp and the Rockland County Sheriff’s Department arrested, indicted and placed under investigation for 2 years, I lost my job, children and was offered 3.5 years to 15 years for my 1st offense cause they were trying for Rico Predicates. Was in Rockland County Jail for a bit came home and most of our cases were tossed due to a brother who had taken responsibility. I transferred to My home City and started to recover from my previous season and build a solid foundation for a brotherhood in-the 215 since I was arrested by HSI we were labeled domestic terrorists working for a decent job will not tolerate this, most women aren’t going to be with a broke man. I fully committed to be Mc 24/7/365. No matter how hard I tried I couldn’t obtain employment, keep my family happy and juggling this just wasn’t possible. I am either loved unconditionally or hated. I had to realize that in 4 years the domino effect was infull effect and I was a target for upper management because of my long standing relationships and I wasn’t going to weed out any brothers who had needed a season to get through adult responsibilities when I chose to back tried and true brothers and not cut throats for a chapter crown the wolves started to circle i stood true to my mission statement believed it and still do. I will always be a brother cause the mc is forever the people sadly aren’t a member I am not. Since my departure my kids have been in my life, got my beautiful wife, bike, life and a business. I have no regrets but we’ll wishes. Stay riding cause when that stops unnecessary stuff happens and you will get caught up fed up and you’ll be chewed up. After 14 years I left the club I joined with a good friend we prospected and patched out together we had three pass him being one in a short period of time and things changed started going against bylaws and handing out patches a few of us always out voted even though I was on of top officers so I decided to leave. When I left several left with me and things started changing for them with in a year they was having problems as soon as I left there was a power struggle and was stabbing each other in the back to move up. By the time they came to me myself and other ex members was set to show up at our CoA to bring the new club in year later we support each other and they made major changes and got rid of their cancers in the club.
There's prospects for a certain notorious MC in my aviation job. Dudes who pretend they're outlaws working a 9-5 like the rest of us shlubs. To quote Way of the Gun "They wanna be criminals more than they wanna commit crime."

The best decision I made was to leave the club. Been in both 99 and a 1% and they are both the same. They spend more time trying to be a badass than they do being actual brothers. I’ve never seen so many emotional men in my life. So much time spent defending your time spent, your time riding, you basically had to prove yourself constantly. It was just a bunch of men proving to other men who was the baddest in fighting and riding, it was exhausting.
Man dude, you make some good points just about life in general and how we should apply ourselves to get results that we want to see. Reminds me of a bible verse: "All things are acceptable, not all things are profitable." We can do whatever we want to do, but its the end result that we should be focused on. I don't do ultimatums!!! I had 3 ex-wives try that, and I be go to hell if a club is going to do that. If I could do ultimatums, I'd join the United States Marines Corps.
I left the club I was in and I was one of the original 7 members. I was in from 79-89. I loved the club but the lifestyle was killing me. I got clean and sober in 1983, I had to take care of myself and family, and after going to many funerals of club brothers I left. I was going in a different direction than the club, that’s why I left.
I left a 1% MC because i was tired of the Politics , the constant Bitching and lack of Loyalty between Members who were supposed to be " Brothers ", and the expectation that I put the Club before my Family . it's been over 20 years, I've just turned 60, and I'm been Happy to Ride with friends for Rallys , and on my own the rest of the time .
Just went through the same shit last year, had to walk away after 8 years. Funny how people preach all about the Brotherhood but don’t live that themselves! Busted my Ass for 17 months to get my Patch (Veterans MC) only to realize that most are ‘so-called’ Brothers are just Want A Be’s and BS Artists. Although we were not a Diamond wearing 1% Club or Bitch Club to the Big Club we were on great terms with all of them…there was a mutual respect for most parts, we did fly a 3 Piece Patch. But as time goes by one starts to see through the BS. As I saw it it went like this: 20% of the Members have full buy in, always there for you and the MC, will always step up for what is Best for the Club, Members, building the Brand, always wanting to go for Runs, Rides and being together…the Solid AF Ride or Die Crew! 20% who are there for themselves, could really give a fuck about most things once they have ‘earned’ their Patch. 30% is hey look at my “Cool Patch” Crew…name dropping POS who barely ride, find ways of getting out of work, runs etc…and god help you if you call them out out on their 🐂💩. The ‘Remember he’s your Brother, he earned his Patch.’ Fuck those losers! 20% who are just there to party and drug it up Crew, kind of like the ‘Cool Patch Crew’ but with a straw stuffed up their nose, Leaving you with the 10% Want A Be Gangsters who think they are wearing a Diamond playing around with the Big Club being a ‘Sub Bitch Club type’ thinking they’ll get asked to Prospect for the Big Club not realizing they are being Played for the bitches they are. I was a full patched member of the Outlaws M.C. I had some medical issues arise that made it impossible for me to be 💯 for my club and my brothers. So I turned my stuff in. There were some other underlying things that helped make the decision. I’m out on medical/good. I am still able to have all my club tats.
That's good of them. I say that as someone who lives in a strong 81 area and have friends in the club. I've got no issue with them, it's not my fight etc. I know a guy who left another club after 14 years to prospect for 81. Ultimately didn't get in but his old MC let him keep his old tattoos, he just got a memorial one dated on his arm.
I stepped up from a support club and probated for a 1% club here in the uk i handed in my cut because of an illness i had at the time 7 years ago and still miss it when i see the club ride by brings back alot of great memories,i would like to go back but not sure how to approach them because when i left i had a few messages of a few members thatbwas threatening so i haven't bothered
Sad to hear, is it a big club? I live in 81 turf, England. Got mates who patched and mates who didn't but its all friendly as far as I can see. I don't even ride, only really got to know them because mates joined and I go to the odd open night. The whole culture is fascinating, but I'm positive it's not for me personally.

I really missed a lot of my brothers but no club will ever tell me to leave my deathly sick kid to go on a run. That was the final straw. All the politics, favoritism and back stabbing made it not fun. Same here, I prospected for a support club here in CA for one of the big clubs. I bowed out respectfully right before I knew they were about to patch me in. It was all about money and creating a turnout for the big boys at the runs. The support club was just a bunch of dudes wanting to play dress up for attention but too scared to be 1%. Most of these guys didn’t even like each other, let alone have each other’s backs.
Was in a motorcycle ministry, sounded great as I had stopped using drugs and alcohol loved Jesus and Motorcycles. But as a MM it seemed we had to follow many more rules than MCs which was fine I get the culture, but many of the members started treating the ministry as a MC not a MM . I get it some people relapse to their old life , but I didn't join a MC . It started affecting the things I joined for God, family , and work. Had to go. I left if the right way though. I didn't just bounce, I still see brothers around so I am glad I went about leaving in the right way .

Been around club life since I was 18, sadly most clubs end up showing the same bullshit that you go through with other clubs, it just takes longer for the cracks to appear sometimes. Luckily my brother's have been almost lifelong friends anyway so we always hold it down and support each other, found my brother's for life. Took me years to earn my diamond because I wasn't happy with how certain clubs operated or treated their prospects. Being a founding member of a mother chapter and having those same brothers years down the line just goes to show, its not the patch the makes the man, it's the man that makes the patch
I left a RC as a prospect late last year. my biggest complaints were: every meeting was about fundraising or donations, almost never about riding. shortly after noticing that i had i keep explaining that no, my zx6r is NOT too slow to keep up with your streetglide , meanwhile my xj750 never caught flack despite being slower. at the end of the day it really just boiled down to the fact that half the Harley boomers on the street leave their bikes parked until sunday, and want to tell me I'm a poser for daily driving my japanese bikes
There’s a honeymoon period, if you think you’re going to put your feet up after you patch in your in for a real awakening. When the cuffs go on for club business remember that you choose this lifestyle and if you don’t know you are on your own in that cell. If you feel like it was easier to get the cut harder to keep it then look at everything in your time of questioning your choice in this life ask yourself is this a gift or obstacle phrase it how you like but that’s not a bad way to get a good perspective on where you’re at in the present moment I will always be a brother rep the Mc I’m just not a member anymore. If you leave completely change up your life no events, no old hangouts, love your club enough to stay away be respectful and realistic about the situation
I left my club because of an issue of one brother that there personal issue he went and made it club problems, and I've worked my ass of for 3 years to keep seeing other brothers come into the club and getting fully patched before myself, All my hard work was down nothing

I was in a club that got shut down. I held my mud and they wanted me to start their program. Due to unfortunate circumstances along the way, my colors were pulled. I still have respect for them because I like the club and it was fun. However, lots of things changed in a short period of time and it seemed that the dark clouds wouldn’t go away. It’s true that it takes time to know what you are signing up for because you are in or you are out. It just wasn’t meant to be for me.
My nephew became good friends with a quadraplegic guy he worked with who had hurt himself on a motorcycle. This friend then introduced him to the Hells Angels in Montreal, Quebec. They eventually came to like him so much that they put him in charge of all the girls in Montreal as well as some other position in the club. They then bought him a brand new Harley and told him "The only thing we ask of you is that if you ever leave the club you bring the bike back". After a few years, he was in Sorel, Quebec one night at a bar with his friends. They decided to leave the bar and when they got to about 10 ft. from their bikes....KABOOM! Someone had planted a bomb inside the bar and blew the bar up. They were in a biker war with another biker club called the Rock Machine. That's when he decided that he wanted to get out because he was worried that it might mean killing people, including women and kids. He soon moved to Vancouver B.C. with his parents and eventually got out of the club in Vancouver but he was warned that if he talked at all he would be dead. Luckily, my nephew is very quiet spoken and never did talk. He always let his numchuks do the talking and he was very proficient with them. So here we are about 10 years later and he's still alive. Meanwhile, the guy who introduced him to the Hell's Angels was murdered by the Rock Machine in Montreal. It was all he could do not to come back here seeking revenge. He was married to a biker chick that he hated and had two kids with. Now they're divorced and he's remarried and working as a trucker on the highway they call "the highway to hell". That's the same highway they named the T.V. show "highway to hell" after. If you've ever watched that show, you know that what he's doing now is even riskier than being a member of the Hell's Angels except he doesn't have to worry about accidentally killing women and kids with bombs or guns.
I was a founder of my club, along with 4 other brothers. We were doing good with having chapters in multiple states. I started out as the Sgt at arms and I ended up National President for 10 years. Then new members started questioning my methods of running the club. They questioned how I sat down at all of the 1% tables and kept us out of being a support club. Lies were told and I was accused of wrong doing and those people voted to retire me and never proved that I violated the bylaws. I was betrayed by the other founders and national officers. They showed me there was never any real loyalty

While I wasn't a full-blown "member", I rode along side a group for years because my friends were members. I decided to leave because frankly that kind of lifestyle was turning me into a sociopath and I promised myself that that side of me was one I wanted to keep away from. It peaked at a point where I was carrying multiple concealed switchblades and it's a side of me I never want to see again.
I got hooked up with a Christian MC last year in Ocean shores Washington....I was super smashed at the time...and they got along with me well...raised so flags
I have had actual mc's try to recruit me or to start a chapter in my area. I am riding with a MA group that is nationwide and am waiting on the Nbod to approve me so to be patched in. I get along great with these members, though I will only be a support member as I was never in a combat zone when I was in the military.

I road with a MC In northern Cali. About ten years ago I got into a bad accident in my bike and my bike was a total loss. I suffered head injuries, broken right forearm and 6 broken ribs. Not having a bike and my years of rehab and to heal, my MC understood and gave me BLESSING. To this day I still keep in contact with some BROTHERS and my son that grew up knowing those MC uncles still say hi to those MC uncles. RIDE SAFE and RIDE ALIVE !!!

Had reconstructive surgery. They no longer in the club. Thing is I was an officer. Was gonna go back but it didn't feel the same

I left an MC for the lack of brotherhood, all of my previous brothers were always arguing over which charter was better.
Loyalty. I was a 12 year old hang around til I was old enough to patch. The reason that attracted me was family & loyalty, since I was the black sheep in my own family. For a few years I thought it was solid, then the let down. Cops pulled a drug raid & I got framed by a brother. No one stood up for me, even aside from the case. I was expected to "take one for the team" & should expect to deal with it on my own. It cost me my job, put my marriage on the rocks, etc. Loyalty? Was my ticket to be a loner.
What a waste for such a false promise of loyalty; I'm sure they would have "got you back."

I've got my exit strategy.... after nearly 15 years I love my brother's but I love my woman, my dogs and Jesus more and they need my attention along with business ventures and various goals. It's gonna be a soft landing for the club for sure as I'll continue to recruit the right people and keep that brotherhood in tact so my exit will be nice and easy. Always leave something better than you found out. 1.5 years to go.... I'll miss it but it is what it is. I'll still be around for sure just can't dedicated whole weekends at a time to travel, regional meetings, president meetings, nationals etc
Value exchange is real talk. How many of us stuck around with a significant other, club etc etc just a tad too long? Not saying bail at first sign but keep those eyes peeled. If I ever leave my club, I won’t join another club. I will call that a closed chapter of my life.

A 99% local club. Never fully patched, but left because there was more drama between them than there was brotherhood at least from my point of view. Hypocrisy and unnecessary drama, childish things like getting drunk and pissing on other clubs stickers. The president, great man. His crew, bunch of goons.
the disabled part does for me , I was hang around but also very close with the bros properly working my way up I woulda been a lifer , but 2017 I fell 4 stories at work and becmae disabled, lost the use of my feet and am on crutches for life was supposed to be in chair for life but those same bros made sure I did physio, but cuz my feet dont work means I couldnt ride which means I couldnt go further, but they still support me in very way possible and support my luxury car photography/ youtube carreer and now Ive riden in some of the rarest most expensive cars on the planet and even became friends with Drakes drivers and team and yes he knows who I am and we talk, point being without their constant support I dont know where I would be, having to sell my harley and give riding was the hardest thing ever still is, some days I see hommies riding and I wann put a b*llet through my skull but then I remember both my familys, my new career and lease on life I think If I told you my story it would break your mind I live in 24/7 excruciating pain but fight everyday

You can still ride a bike. My friend lost his left arm and left leg in a crash with a semi-truck. There are things you can fit to bikes to overcome your disabilities. Don't give up two wheels for a trike!

I stepped away because of the indecisive rules. Meaning, while one said don't do this, then another says do that. That shit got very confusing and old. And no loyalty.

I was in a 1% club. I will not mention the name of my club or any other clubs I am speaking of. My club decided to patch over to a larger 1% club that did not have a chapter in our area. I did not want to be part of the larger club because I like being in a smaller easier to control club that had way less baggage and external problems with many rivals. The biggest problem for me was my club would cease to exist when we patched over. I was not happy so I went my own way. Sad day for me but turned out to be a blessing. Once patched over, our chapter of the larger club was annihilated by the local dominate club within 2 weeks. Now neither my original club nor the larger club exists in the area. Remember, always go with your gut. You’ll never be sorry in the long run.
A friend of mine joined one of the Big 4 MCs four years ago. He's in jail now over a beef that started before he even joined, and he'll do at least 8 years. I wonder if he goes to sleep wondering if it's worth it.

I left HA back in 2018. I was a member for 5 years. You are right it is a life changing experience being in the club and very life changing for me leaving the club. I am not going to say why i left because i still feel like that is charter business just say we had a different opinions on the way things should have been handled. There is a lot of good brother's all over the us that i miss but there's a lot of them that still call and check on me . I made my decision to leave and even though I miss the life it was the right choice for me to better myself and grow. One thing about it . If you are ever in a 1% club and you leave or out bad it will follow you from now on especially with law enforcement. Still have at least 6 cars show up if i get pulled for a seat belt violation. Lol

I quit prospecting because I wasn’t into the life style as much as I thought I would be. I just retired out of the army and I wasn’t able to be told what to do anymore.
I didn’t like the meet and greets. It always felt awkward. I’m an introvert and don’t connect with people much. I wasn’t into how clubs had beef with each other over patches or whatever.
I get some bikers it really means a lot to them but it wasn’t for me.
I was in the Marines. Same deal. Didn't like to be told what to do and questioned everything. So glad I never joined.

We got a dude in our MA that doesn’t come around much anymore who has made it publicly known he doesn’t like me. Won’t shake hands or properly greet me as a brother, just gives a fist bump. It’s all good though, his actions are doing my work for me.
I have folded colors from one club because I had to move to a different state there wasn’t any chapters to transfer to. I did however rejoin another club after hanging around for 2 years and prospecting a year. After 5 years I transferred to another chapter.
I left a club because my front brake pads needed replacing, and I didn't know how to fix it, so I sold my bike and continued high school! Screw those motocross clubs in the dirt trails!

i left my club because of a mixture of things, (stuff i couldnt implement because of powers at be amongst other things), but more importantly to much snakes in my kitchen. i just walked off, took the ramification with it too, but buy then i had lost heart to care. im still loyal i never jumoed ship or neither did i talk my secrets to the next gang either, i aint like that, thats why i havent joined another club, im not that type of person. miss the life though.
Started riding club. Left in the early stages because of lack of respect for one of the dominants. Came back. Prospected. Earned my patch. The. I stated to notice a lack of loyalty. Egos. But the nail in the coffin was a lie told to a dominant club that they already knew the answer too. (As they always do)
I left the 1% club I was in, and I hate to say it, but I almost think it was laughable. I put in hard work and after a year I got patched in, and after six months of being patched in, they told me to go to another chapter because "I was too hungry for money," and they're not the chapter for that. They were all old timers who got their shit going for them and were kind of set up already, if that makes sense. So, I went to another chapter, traveled a lot, and saw lots of other chapters. In every chapter I went to, it just seemed like members were all talk. Don't get me wrong, they'd walk the walk, but not like I expected. It reminded me a lot of my time in service when I was younger lots of shit talking. But in service I knew that the guy sleeping next to me had my back. Lots of words and no action.
Just an example, a member I used to spend a lot of time with got arrested. He had been told not to worry, they'd take care of his wife and kid, visit him, and make sure he got money on the books. I can't go into detail, but trust me, this man has done a lot of shit for them. And you know what? They did nothing. So I went and helped his wife and kid out, did groceries with them, paid for their bills, etc. I went to visit him, made sure there was money on the books, and when I mentioned it, they looked at me like I was crazy. Then they sit there and call each other brother, almost like they're having a circle jerk about how they'd have each other's back, etc. So, when push comes to shove, they didn't do enough in my opinion. And that's just one example.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that club is BS or that they're pussies, but there are so many words without action, and all kinds of shit like that made me leave. I didn't want to be a part of that.

Never been in a mc but when I was younger I had a group of friends that we pretty much ran any room or place we was in. We had eachothers back and always held our own. We took and sold pills and weed but we didn't get into meth until later years and that's when loyalty went down the drain. I never touched the stuff they always tried to get me to but I never did. It sorta made me ostracized but I still loved them. Slowly the Stealing, lying, and backstabbing took place. I'm still on speaking terms with one guy but we don't really hangout anymore. The rest either are dead or so strung out they can't form a sentence. I miss that feeling of brotherhood so much. That's what drew me to your channel is that the mc culture seems so similar to how we ran shit but after seeing this idk if it's the right move because I see the same problems in it too. Hell I don't even ride I just want that brotherhood. To help out and be helped out when it's time to take care of business. Weather that be a fight or just stopping a roof from leaking. I miss that shit so much. Loyalty is so damn hard to find now and i guess i just have hopes that clubs like 81 or 15 have that but now I don't know. I was part of a Christian MC. 3 years as a guest, friend of, actual hang around bar, to prospect. There was a change in leadership. I would have died for my brothers. I did EVERYTHING without question. I am not going to disrespect them, but I felt the MC was more important to them than the JC. I left by choice, not a bad MC, just a difference of opinion with leadership. If you are seriously looking at the MC culture, be careful, don't jump, and make sure your CORE VALUES align. If they don't align and you follow a patch or a group of dudes, it is likely to end badly. If you are invited to hang around, I would suggest you do that and listen with your mouth and talk with your ears. It is not something anyone should take lightly.
When I started in the 70s, it was truly biking and brotherhood. Left the lifestyle almost 9 years ago because (and I don't care what anyone says) it's not so much anymore. To many politics now.
My Dad, and Uncles all rode together in a kind of family club. They did business with the bigger clubs, but never had any affiliations. They were invited to cookouts, and clubhouses quite a bit. I was barely a teenager, but remember how other clubs had respect for them, and never heard of them getting static for doing business with a rival club.
Man, sitting here shaking my head in agreement. It’s tough for a while, especially when you devoted yourself to working hard for the brothers. A couple of years out, it’s much easier.
Thanks for another good video. Because I live such a mild and quiet life, that motorcycle club lifestyle is so intriguing to me. What are these people searching for? From your videos, it seems like a lot of people that join clubs come from bad childhoods with abuse? Are people looking for someone who actually cares about them and has their back, or am I way off? Just curious as to what draws people to joining. I know you’ve done videos about this before. Anyways, thanks again, I always like them!

was a month away from full patch. I worked hard, was loyal and dedicated, even had members from other clubs tell me they wish they had prospects that worked as hard as I did. My own club stole from me and my business, disrespected me and my family, and stabbed me in the back on several occasions. The chapter on chapter infighting and backstabbing and of other clubs in front of me was another constant. Some of the guys I saw get full patch that were not even close to club worthy but were good friends with high ranking members. After all that how was I supposed to call any of them brother once I got full patch? That BS cost some friends I have known for over four decades. Once I left some wanted me out bad but they had nothing to base it on.

For those that don’t know and say they know. Allow me to say I was that guy briefly. I can honestly say I thought I was bulletproof. I had full support from my kids, there mother I have been a father since childhood 🤷♂️, employment and total support from the rest of my loved ones. I grew up in Philadelphia 5th-39th districts. I have loved ones and had been exposed to the lifestyle since 4 years old I’m 42. As I said I was a I know I know everything type. Until I realized that I was very very wrong. I hung around and was invited to pro select. In aug of 21 a few of us went on a run to Ny. We were arrested for 2 class d felony possession of a unlicensed firearm. I wasn’t sure if this was mc business or we were ot doing what we do. HSI,NYSP,investigators for Oc, Rampo twp and the Rockland County Sheriff’s Department arrested, indicted and placed under investigation for 2 years, I lost my job, children and was offered 3.5 years to 15 years for my 1st offense cause they were trying for Rico Predicates. Was in Rockland County Jail for a bit came home and most of our cases were tossed due to a brother who had taken responsibility. I transferred to My home City and started to recover from my previous season and build a solid foundation for a brotherhood in-the 215 since I was arrested by HSI we were labeled domestic terrorists working for a decent job will not tolerate this, most women aren’t going to be with a broke man. I fully committed to be Mc 24/7/365. No matter how hard I tried I couldn’t obtain employment, keep my family happy and juggling this just wasn’t possible. I am either loved unconditionally or hated. I had to realize that in 4 years the domino effect was infull effect and I was a target for upper management because of my long standing relationships and I wasn’t going to weed out any brothers who had needed a season to get through adult responsibilities when I chose to back tried and true brothers and not cut throats for a chapter crown the wolves started to circle i stood true to my mission statement believed it and still do. I will always be a brother cause the mc is forever the people sadly aren’t a member I am not. Since my departure my kids have been in my life, got my beautiful wife, bike, life and a business. I have no regrets but we’ll wishes. Stay riding cause when that stops unnecessary stuff happens and you will get caught up fed up and you’ll be chewed up. After 14 years I left the club I joined with a good friend we prospected and patched out together we had three pass him being one in a short period of time and things changed started going against bylaws and handing out patches a few of us always out voted even though I was on of top officers so I decided to leave. When I left several left with me and things started changing for them with in a year they was having problems as soon as I left there was a power struggle and was stabbing each other in the back to move up. By the time they came to me myself and other ex members was set to show up at our CoA to bring the new club in year later we support each other and they made major changes and got rid of their cancers in the club.

I left mine due to nobody wanted to ride. Brought it up and got nowhere. I was always out on my own anyway so I left it. And tbh I never looked back
The best decision I made was to leave the club. Been in both 99 and a 1% and they are both the same. They spend more time trying to be a badass than they do being actual brothers. I’ve never seen so many emotional men in my life. So much time spent defending your time spent, your time riding, you basically had to prove yourself constantly. It was just a bunch of men proving to other men who was the baddest in fighting and riding, it was exhausting.

In Australia fully patched members jump from club to club. One minute their Bandidos next year they are a Hells Angel.

I left the club I was in and I was one of the original 7 members. I was in from 79-89. I loved the club but the lifestyle was killing me. I got clean and sober in 1983, I had to take care of myself and family, and after going to many funerals of club brothers I left. I was going in a different direction than the club, that’s why I left.
I left a 1% MC because i was tired of the Politics , the constant Bitching and lack of Loyalty between Members who were supposed to be " Brothers ", and the expectation that I put the Club before my Family . it's been over 20 years, I've just turned 60, and I'm been Happy to Ride with friends for Rallys , and on my own the rest of the time .

Funny how people preach all about the Brotherhood but don’t live that themselves! Busted my Ass for 17 months to get my Patch (Veterans MC) only to realize that most are ‘so-called’ Brothers are just Want A Be’s and BS Artists.
Although we were not a Diamond wearing 1% Club or Bitch Club to the Big Club we were on great terms with all of them…there was a mutual respect for most parts, we did fly a 3 Piece Patch. But as time goes by one starts to see through the BS. As I saw it it went like this:
20% of the Members have full buy in, always there for you and the MC, will always step up for what is Best for the Club, Members, building the Brand, always wanting to go for Runs, Rides and being together…the Solid AF Ride or Die Crew!
20% who are there for themselves, could really give a fuck about most things once they have ‘earned’ their Patch.
30% is hey look at my “Cool Patch” Crew…name dropping POS who barely ride, find ways of getting out of work, runs etc…and god help you if you call them out out on their 🐂💩. The ‘Remember he’s your Brother, he earned his Patch.’ Fuck those losers!
20% who are just there to party and drug it up Crew, kind of like the ‘Cool Patch Crew’ but with a straw stuffed up their nose,
Leaving you with the 10% Want A Be Gangsters who think they are wearing a Diamond playing around with the Big Club being a ‘Sub Bitch Club type’ thinking they’ll get asked to Prospect for the Big Club not realizing they are being Played for the bitches they are.
Hell do I miss it…Yes but Not the 🐂💩 and Fake Brothers! Sucks but life is better than beating your head against the wall!

I was a full patched member of the Outlaws M.C.
I had some medical issues arise that made it impossible for me to be 💯 for my club and my brothers. So I turned my stuff in. There were some other underlying things that helped make the decision. I’m out on medical/good. I am still able to have all my club tats.
That's good of them. I say that as someone who lives in a strong 81 area and have friends in the club. I've got no issue with them, it's not my fight etc.
I know a guy who left another club after 14 years to prospect for 81. Ultimately didn't get in but his old MC let him keep his old tattoos, he just got a memorial one dated on his arm.
Drug addiction killed off my friends. I learned moderation and became financialy sucessfull on my own terms. But now I have few friends.
I stepped up from a support club and probated for a 1% club here in the uk i handed in my cut because of an illness i had at the time 7 years ago and still miss it when i see the club ride by brings back alot of great memories,i would like to go back but not sure how to approach them because when i left i had a few messages of a few members thatbwas threatening so i haven't bothered
Sad to hear, is it a big club? I live in 81 turf, England. Got mates who patched and mates who didn't but its all friendly as far as I can see.
I don't even ride, only really got to know them because mates joined and I go to the odd open night. The whole culture is fascinating, but I'm positive it's not for me personally.

I really missed a lot of my brothers but no club will ever tell me to leave my deathly sick kid to go on a run. That was the final straw. All the politics, favoritism and back stabbing made it not fun. Now i got old, get to see the grandkids growing up, still missing the wildness to this day, but, i don’t need a cut to get wild, just have to be more careful. Love from Detroit.

Same here, I prospected for a support club here in CA for one of the big clubs. I bowed out respectfully right before I knew they were about to patch me in. It was all about money and creating a turnout for the big boys at the runs. The support club was just a bunch of dudes wanting to play dress up for attention but too scared to be 1%. Most of these guys didn’t even like each other, let alone have each other’s backs.

Was in a motorcycle ministry, sounded great as I had stopped using drugs and alcohol loved Jesus and Motorcycles. But as a MM it seemed we had to follow many more rules than MCs which was fine I get the culture, but many of the members started treating the ministry as a MC not a MM . I get it some people relapse to their old life , but I didn't join a MC . It started affecting the things I joined for God, family , and work. Had to go. I left if the right way though. I didn't just bounce, I still see brothers around so I am glad I went about leaving in the right way .

Been around club life since I was 18, sadly most clubs end up showing the same bullshit that you go through with other clubs, it just takes longer for the cracks to appear sometimes. Luckily my brother's have been almost lifelong friends anyway so we always hold it down and support each other, found my brother's for life. Took me years to earn my diamond because I wasn't happy with how certain clubs operated or treated their prospects. Being a founding member of a mother chapter and having those same brothers years down the line just goes to show, its not the patch the makes the man, it's the man that makes the patch

I left a RC as a prospect late last year.
my biggest complaints were:
every meeting was about fundraising or donations, almost never about riding.
shortly after noticing that i had i keep explaining that no, my zx6r is NOT too slow to keep up with your streetglide , meanwhile my xj750 never caught flack despite being slower.
at the end of the day it really just boiled down to the fact that half the Harley boomers on the street leave their bikes parked until sunday, and want to tell me I'm a poser for daily driving my japanese bikes
There’s a honeymoon period, if you think you’re going to put your feet up after you patch in your in for a real awakening. When the cuffs go on for club business remember that you choose this lifestyle and if you don’t know you are on your own in that cell. If you feel like it was easier to get the cut harder to keep it then look at everything in your time of questioning your choice in this life ask yourself is this a gift or obstacle phrase it how you like but that’s not a bad way to get a good perspective on where you’re at in the present moment I will always be a brother rep the Mc I’m just not a member anymore. If you leave completely change up your life no events, no old hangouts, love your club enough to stay away be respectful and realistic about the situation
I left my club because of an issue of one brother that there personal issue he went and made it club problems, and I've worked my ass of for 3 years to keep seeing other brothers come into the club and getting fully patched before myself, All my hard work was down nothing

I even had a motorcycle accident and got run over and almost died an even none of the brothers showed up and supported myself or my family..... Did a fundraiser in my name and then pocketed the money

I Knew way too many that said they are my brother an let me down. Too many friends are not my real friends.
Why it's hard not to just be Independent.
I was in a club that got shut down. I held my mud and they wanted me to start their program. Due to unfortunate circumstances along the way, my colors were pulled. I still have respect for them because I like the club and it was fun. However, lots of things changed in a short period of time and it seemed that the dark clouds wouldn’t go away. It’s true that it takes time to know what you are signing up for because you are in or you are out. It just wasn’t meant to be for me.

My nephew became good friends with a quadraplegic guy he worked with who had hurt himself on a motorcycle. This friend then introduced him to the Hells Angels in Montreal, Quebec. They eventually came to like him so much that they put him in charge of all the girls in Montreal as well as some other position in the club. They then bought him a brand new Harley and told him "The only thing we ask of you is that if you ever leave the club you bring the bike back". After a few years, he was in Sorel, Quebec one night at a bar with his friends. They decided to leave the bar and when they got to about 10 ft. from their bikes....KABOOM! Someone had planted a bomb inside the bar and blew the bar up. They were in a biker war with another biker club called the Rock Machine. That's when he decided that he wanted to get out because he was worried that it might mean killing people, including women and kids. He soon moved to Vancouver B.C. with his parents and eventually got out of the club in Vancouver but he was warned that if he talked at all he would be dead. Luckily, my nephew is very quiet spoken and never did talk. He always let his numchuks do the talking and he was very proficient with them. So here we are about 10 years later and he's still alive. Meanwhile, the guy who introduced him to the Hell's Angels was murdered by the Rock Machine in Montreal. It was all he could do not to come back here seeking revenge. He was married to a biker chick that he hated and had two kids with. Now they're divorced and he's remarried and working as a trucker on the highway they call "the highway to hell". That's the same highway they named the T.V. show "highway to hell" after. If you've ever watched that show, you know that what he's doing now is even riskier than being a member of the Hell's Angels except he doesn't have to worry about accidentally killing women and kids with bombs or guns.
I was a founder of my club, along with 4 other brothers. We were doing good with having chapters in multiple states. I started out as the Sgt at arms and I ended up National President for 10 years. Then new members started questioning my methods of running the club. They questioned how I sat down at all of the 1% tables and kept us out of being a support club. Lies were told and I was accused of wrong doing and those people voted to retire me and never proved that I violated the bylaws. I was betrayed by the other founders and national officers. They showed me there was never any real loyalty

3Com, Compaq, Apple, Microsoft, Douglas Aircraft... For small companies, their founders are typically booted out immediately following their being bought by a larger company. The list of organizations that got big and pushed out their founders is long and distinguished.

While I wasn't a full-blown "member", I rode along side a group for years because my friends were members. I decided to leave because frankly that kind of lifestyle was turning me into a sociopath and I promised myself that that side of me was one I wanted to keep away from. It peaked at a point where I was carrying multiple concealed switchblades and it's a side of me I never want to see again.

I got hooked up with a Christian MC last year in Ocean shores Washington....I was super smashed at the time...and they got along with me well...raised so flags
I have had actual mc's try to recruit me or to start a chapter in my area. I am riding with a MA group that is nationwide and am waiting on the Nbod to approve me so to be patched in. I get along great with these members, though I will only be a support member as I was never in a combat zone when I was in the military.
