I believe depression is a mental illness that comes from stress/anxiety/ptsd. Uncontrollably negative thoughts. I strongly believe it’s rooted from early childhood abuse, neglect and negative environments. The unconscious of our brains are powerful and it cause a lot of people to be stuck in the repetition compulsion. Example people keep putting them selfs in the same situations that hurt them from their past.
The thing with depression is knowing that being depressed and clinical depression or two completely different things, when you quit weed ( or any drug) you will get moments of feeling depressed, its ok, it’s normal to feel depressed and even have dark thoughts, it’s how you deal with them that counts, if you can recognise that it’s a fleeting moment that everyone ( and I do mean everyone, even those not quitting weed) have then it should help to make you stronger, if you suffer clinical depression in that the dark thoughts take over your life then I would say seek medical advice, it’s not week to do so. To simply taLk to and have them just listen to you is important, he’ll having a UA-cam channel to vent your thoughts like you do is the same thing. Stay strong brother, peace out.
I agree about being out in Nature. Good job! Keep it up! I don't really have your problems but I am enjoying listening to you.
