God bless you, Rabbi! I am in the process of conversion to Judaism (I was raised Christian)! I’m so thankful to hear Truth and to know that what the Christians have taught for centuries is a lie! Shalom.
I hope if you’re a guy you marry another convert and not a natural Jew because it’s not fair for people that are Kohens, etc. you’re coming in taking opportunity from them. This whole conversion thing is really makes me angry to be honest with you.
I hope God comes when gives us salvation, and the Messiah comes before your conversion is finished. I want God to bless all the car and all the Jewish men that were born with wives before he gives any of my sisters to any convert. I really believe this and I will have no problem believing this and I don’t care who doesn’t like it.

Noahide laws. A gentile who keeps noahide laws is not considered a convert. What is his incentive then to convert, of Judaism calls him a righteous Jew?
He never wraps tefillin, keeps shabbat, or circumcises. Where, if any, is his covenant?
If you are following Noahhide law just go a little harder and learn some of the commandments and live by them.
He is considered a righteous gentiles. When Moshiac comes, may it be soon in our days, there will only be Jew. All will accept upon themselves the Torah. Noahide laws are an in between. Not ready for Torah and mitzvah, but rejecting it either.
The reason you would want to convert is if you want to fully participate in the mitzvot as a Jew. There is no other reason it would be valid or wise to do so.
In Tanya, we learn several reasons why doing the mitzvot is the purest form of total connection with Gd. Therefore the highest possible reward for doing the mitzvot is the fact that you were able to experience doing it. To have that in full with explicitly Jewish positive mitzvot, you must be Jewish.
Not his covenant necessarily, but, his reward would be a more just society where he would be less likely to be victimized by others. Those laws and all the mitzvot are for the sake of man, not for the sake of G-d.
