It’s not a surprise his lifestyle besides his wearing glasses that were being upgraded you had to of known his eyesight had been deteriorating over time. There is something he’s not revealing that’s caused him to go blind in both eyes . The infection story makes no logical sense . Something else is causing his bilateral blindness that he isn’t telling ! Infection in one eye but both eyes besides infections are easy to treat with antibiotics and eye drops ! Sometimes judgements come back on us for things that are not right with creator God. His blindness may open his spiritual eyes to the true creator God Jesus Christ.
Amén, well said. If this disability were to cause him to turn to Christ and avoid an eternal Hell, it would be an act of mercy on God’s part to have allowed him suffer this disability in that it might make him to to Christ, the real light of the world
