@@888hereandnow for the cranberry ferment, I have the link to the recipe in the comments. I boil the cranberry with the sugar and water. Let cool completely, strain, and then add the kombucha and extra water. Bottle it, loosely cover and place in quiet dark corner until I see bubbles. Then I tighten the lids and refrigerate.
Looks delish!Is that all you have to do is leave the lid a little unscrewed to make the kombucha?Is there anything else inbolved?
