I know some loggers and earth moving companies that would love this truck. That crane would make quick work of switching out power packs and stuff on equipment. Nice job Basin!!!!
Great job guy's. Love the truck and how you guy's designed it. One of a kind badass ready to go to work trucks. Loving the channel and all you guy's do. Keep up the great work and stay safe guy's.
I think this rig is well done 👌🏼 I dig everything about it and the super singles are a beautiful touch! But if I were to order one as a mobile mechanic you need a lot of cabinet space and the extra axel takes ups that space. (My opinion as a field mechanic)
What a beast. The guy that gets that thing is going to have an ego too big to fit in it lol. i know i would. Just a amazing build. I can't wait to get started on mine. Hopefully spring next year.
not for nothing but ther is some decent inflatable paint booths even a few plenty big to fit the 6x6 especially if u use it inside the building if ur carefull It'll last u guys some time atleast enough to profit off it a few times just dont buy the 1st one u find look at its blower motors and size and the way the ventilation works and u can figure out enough to buy a decent one
They make inflatable paint booths so you could have painted it in your warehouse and not worried about as many contaminants and ventilation they're actually extremely cheap
Air Bags are off the truck and the coils were adjusted prior to the lube skid and few other things being added into the rear. Here in a couple weeks it will be auto leveling with air (as well as a final coil adjustment). Thanks for watching the video!
For some reason I am convinced that your next vehicle should be something that the God of War, Kratos, should be driven around in. Especially after seeing this beast. One question though: why black? It seems like a lot of the details have disappeared by blacking everything out.
Haha thanks! I agree, black takes the eye away from components and the work done. The core truck was black and well, most service truck components come white standard. Si the easier choice was to just make everything match the core truck. We decided to carry the black throughout the build so we can utilize different colors for logos and branding in the future. Plus I kinda just like the black. My color palette consist of black, a little less black, more black, a little grey and satin black. 😅
@ nothing wrong with black. My friend has an A-spec Integra that is completely blacked out and it looks wicked at night! This truck looks great and you should definitely be proud of what you achieved in 6 months. Was redesigning the bed the hardest part of the build? Or was it that center axle?
@@captaintf7759The design work was the most challenging for myself. I always get a bit of cold feet on a big project like this. I’d say the bed was more labor intensive by far. A lot of hours went into the thing. Myself Will and TJ put a ton of time into the bed.
@@Aaron-Basin so the stuff like using autoCAD? I remember using that years ago in high school. With that time constraint, I’d say you and your team did an amazing job.
Fantastic build… I’m working on a F550 camper hauler & designing a winch bumper for a Warrior 25,000# winch. Does that Flog bumper have the winch set just above the bottom of the frame rails, hard to see on the video. Keep the great content coming, love to see real world builds 👍
@@BASIN_NATIONyup, about the same cost as the Bulldog too. They have some video on their website of the line pull & brake testing, it’s slow but gets the job done.
@@BASIN_NATION , around 2012, the company I worked for built a similar utility body, 150 inch with 50 inch high front and rear compartments. 15 units made from 304 stainless steel. The panels were definitely notched to fit a F450-550, in a 6x6 configuration. The reason for the stainless steel body was PNW use.
There’s steps all around the truck. I’ve always carried a stool in my work trucks. I can’t see into center cabinet drawers on a standard height service truck. 😅
I never comment on youtube videos...but this thing is awesome guys!!
Thanks for watching!! Can’t wait for the next project
I love this truck. All it needs is a Miller 800 Duo diesel welder. Awesome! Thanks!
This phrase tends to be overused, but it is quite fitting here. You guys absolutely CRUSHED this build. It looks incredible. Well done, fellers!
Thank you!!
Thanks! Can’t wait for the next build
Superb job fellas!!! I almost miss doing a good ol sema crunch
Thanks Hunter
Keyword "almost" 😂
Nasty AF! What a talented crew!
This guys are some of the best! Thanks for watching

I don't need this , but I want this. Sick build fellas
It’s a I could figure out things to do unit
Hat's off to the fabrication amazing work
Absolutely awesome. Great job guys
Cleanest 6x6 I’ve ever seen
Put a girl on
Congrats on such a unique build, you guys KILLED it!! 💯🔥🔥
Thanks we tried to keep it unique as possible
Great team work and a hell of a finished product!
We are pumped to be involved with the bumpers!
Awesome Job Done 🎉🎉🎉

Freaking awesome machine...
Incredible! hopefully next go around you can just order the bed already done, that was a ton of work!
That would be nice

It’s not not to feel more capable even standing next to it haha
Turned out beautiful 😍 I would love to go to work in that beast!
It would make any job more fun!
Awsome build guys. It's perfect 👌
Great job again.
Appreciate it
Pure talent!! Yall killed it!!!!! 🤤🤤
Every angle is so freaking beautiful lol
🎉 awesome job to you all. Truck looks sick.🎉
Thanks Jeramy
Really love the truck guys much love and respect thanks for sharing ❤

Not sure if this channel is sponsored, but loving the product placing of a lot of tools! Lol
Ohh and love the build! I would absolutely love this as my own service truck. I'd love to get out of a single cab I have noq
We have some sponsors for the truck. Working on some for the shop
Needs to be be lowered down in the front, if not your looking at the sky, don't get me wrong it's a bad a.. truck and I like it
It’s already been done.
SWEET
Thing looks sick! It looks like Aaron could utilize some sleep
Everyone’s happy and well rested now. Haha
Now thats a build; Nothing is stock almost

Well we didn’t need it this time but it would have been useful for sure
Nice truck
Beautiful truck, only issue I see, is the truck is so high, it would be difficult to look into any drawers in the toolboxes, need a ladder!
awsome build,,, how does a fold out work bench coming out of the wheel well grill you modit?
Lol I don't go to bars.. but I'd start if I had a Tesla Robot 😂🤘🏼
Robots would be cool if we could all go to the bar haha
Does adding an axle change the GVWR? Are you able to rerate your builds? Whats this thing weigh wet?
Are you guys a Knapheide distributor?
Yes! You want some Knapheide?
@ was curious, I worked for them for a long time.
Whats with the Carolina Squat?

Is it true 6x6 or pass through no power to inner
Nvm you answered lol

Which hubs are you used in this project ?
Stazworks rear hubs

Please put a dcr pump conversion on that 6.7
Now if you haven't
The front axle looks so small compared to the rest of the truck
If you put duallies instead of singles it'd be a 10x10... Nobody has made a 10x10, so why stick with 6X6??
That’s not how it works lol. A standard semi is 6x4. Sure it has 10 wheels but it wouldn’t be a 10x8.
Still duals would be sick.
Yeah, the army only been doing it for 60 years
I think we go for a 10x10 now

Looks rear heavy 😂
We gotta add a some preload to the suspension. It is sitting a little heavy in the back right now
