Thank you brother
Thx mate
Thanks, man. Wonderful stuff
Disappointing how how they didn't put the time
The Bloodline angle is one of the greatest things in the history of wrestling. I haven't felt in wrestling in a long time
I honestly think it’s the best story of the modern era and it’s not close
I've only watched wrestling actively since 2015, but this is the first real storyline I've waited for, week after week, to watch. Never had the reaction I had last night while watching with my brother. Both stunned, invested and ready for the future.
@@timothybond4242 CM Punk vs MJF
Bravo, HHH, Bravo
@@goodfella1401 this is better. It’s more layered. There’s more moving pieces. It’s not just a trilogy, even though that trilogy was absolutely masterful. This has the Sami-KO dynamic, the Sami-USOs dynamic, the face turn with the callback to the shield breaking up, the Jey walk out with the callback to the hell in a cell match when He was forced to join the bloodline.
Just 3 years ago none of us thought it was even possible for Roman to turn Heel. Many of us thought it was as unlikely as Cena turning. But they did it. They actually did it. And they've knocked it out of the park to say THE VERY LEAST. How many times did we all fantasy book a dominant Heel Roman run that involved the members of the "Samoan Dynasty"? Literally thousands of times.
I just hope fans don't take for granted the fact that we're getting to see a Heel Roman Reigns. More than that, we're getting to see a Heel Roman Reigns in one of the best long-term stories in wrestling history.
We're witnessing greatness, guys. Take the time to appreciate it because chances are, we won't see another story like Roman's Heel turn/The Bloodline/Sami Uso in our lifetimes.
Creative has done an outstanding job with Roman's heel turn. After trying to push him unsuccessfully for years, he turned full heel three years ago. Fast forward three years, and the Head of the Table/Tribal Chief/Bloodline storyline has been one of the best examples of proper booking in YEARS. The rise and fall of the Bloodline dynasty will go down as one of the best storylines in WWE history.
Commentary was fucking hilarious tonight
Calling Peacock "the cock"
"He hit him in the sack" "lower extremities"
"This kid is an absolute piece of shit"
Cole getting annoyed at Corey and Pat not watching their monitors
Cole burying Top Dolla again
Pat being glad he washed his pants before the Pitch Black match
Pat having no idea what was going on in the Pitch Black match
Cole trying to explain Banger Bros name to Pat
Micheal Cole googling Chealse Green on his work phone
"Howdy doody sir welcome to Texas"
Also Pat's line when otis did the caterpillar
Cole stays burying Top Dolla it’s hilarious
The fact Nia's entrance was botched is perfect.
Felt like it was on purpose😂😂
Poetic.
It was the fact they still did the little klaxon too 😂😂
I didn't even know there was one I was still dumbfounded that they brought Nia back 🤣
Was it botched? How? I must've missed that
I think the thing with Jey is that he hasn't been on-board with Roman's new persona from the start. He tried to fight against Roman's authoritarian like reign, and just couldn't get it done. He didn't so much choose to align himself with his cousin, as much as he was conquered, and forced into submission. I think he distrusted Sami's willingness, partly because he couldn't understand why someone that wasn't family would choose to be a part of this. As much as he feels betrayed by Sami at the end there, he also feels angry with himself for not fighting Roman harder, and for longer. He saw that flicker of defiance and it lit a spark he thought had burned out completely.
This is the way i see it, the reason Jey was so reluctant to trust Sami was because he had been gaslit by Roman for so long. Notice how Sami turned to Jey and apologized when he hit Roman, nobody else.
@@vgnrnr Absolutely. So many other conflicting emotions too. He's probably angry at Roman & the rest of the Bloodline for ignoring his warnings about Sami for so long, only to be made to trust Zayn and see that actually he *has* done a lot to help them. Only to sort of be proven right.
Your comment along with a similar comment on another video have made me like this storyline even more because now that I connect it with Jeys feud with regins, it makes so much sense and it feels like a cohesive story with good character motivation, I stopped watching a couple months ago but watched RR Saturday bc this is the only storyline that I've liked in a long time
this comment alone makes me want Roman vs Jey III
I haven't been as invested in a wrestling story since Kofimania. This has been fucking delicious.
Honestly same
Same
Samimania, baby
I was initially confused on the structure of the show but after that I get it, I absolutely get it
It makes sense that the Men's Rumble would open the show because the winner was the most obvious. And Roman vs. KO was the obvious closer because the Bloodline/Sami story is the most compelling story in wrestling right now. No way they could end the show with anything else.
i mean when you have the winner cody completely overshadowed by the bloodline it’s kinda hard to not understand. this rumble will be remembered for the ending, not the actual rumble itself
@@MT-ic4rj it's also to avoid the rumble getting hijacked by the crowd because had the bloodline stuff gone first, people wouldn't have accepted anybody but sami for the rumble
Nice little touch having Sami hit Roman similar to how Seth Rollins did when the Shield broke up.
Roman got Shield Flashbacks. Explains why he got so PISSED afterwards.
Everyone turns on the poor Tribal Chief.🥲
5:13:23 *THE* reaction you all are looking for.
Thanks
Those "FU roman" chants are what Roman actually wanted. He wanted all that heat. He knew that if he got them, he reached success as a heel.
He’s got the right kind of heat. He’s come a long way in the last 3-5 years.
The juxtaposition between the FU chants here and after WM 34 tell the whole story
First-time in his career that was the reaction they wanted.
3:47:19 is what you're here for - reaction to huge return
That was the worse in-ring Hardy performance since Jeff Hardy vs Sting TNA Victory Road 2011
"I agree"

The song was bland and his lyrics were somehow blander
5:12:50 Biggest angle of the night
Your reaction to the Bloodline was basically my brain. The tension was built so beautifully
Despite its flaws, that was a fantastic show with one of the most memorable finishes I've seen in many many years.
2:10:12 for Logan and Rico spot
The Women's Rumble finish was one of the best I can remember in recent years and that Roman/Sami/Jey ending was INSANE!
5:15:10 Jey leaves
What an amazing show. I thought the title match being the main event would not work unless the Rock showed up but this was just fantastic.
Look at what an amazing wrestling storyline could make us feel
Amazing show. Two good rumbles with the perfect winners, and an amazing main event. That was so captivating! The two other matches being underwhelming doesn't even matter imo, nobody will talk about the undercard on a rumble in a few weeks anyway.
Absolute perfect show to spaff that silly blackout match with. Two brilliant Rumbles and a fantastic main event are all anyone will talk about by this time next week.
Hard agree
show was average- rumbles no real suprises specially mens - both predicatable winners everyone knew who was going to win weeks in advance only great thing was the last match + story
@@shinraninja Wrong.
@@youngdolo8 right - mens surprise= Booker T- cody return was expected and cody win was seen a mile away.. Womens - they actually used some NXT girls suprisingly - Chelsea green return was expected and bland and nia jax return was a huge WHY!!- Rhea was expected winner.. boring shit - no legends no outsiders the only good thing about the entire show was the last match and story
It's going to be tough for Cody to build up a rivalry with Roman before their match, especially because the bloodline stuff is front and center
5:11:00 Roman gives Sami chair
Main Event Jey coming back
Considering Cody said that he'd only been cleared that day, it doesn't surprise me they kept him for number 30, but then gave him time rather then a quick win, which only added more to Gunther's time and eventual record break. Pleased overall.
If he was gonna come out at 30 they should’ve kept it a sexret
Corey is becoming my Fav, 'I'll rather get a root canal.' what a man.
The way Roman ripped Sami’s shirt looked so personal! Master Class work!
So nice to see couples bonding
5:13:23 When Sami hits Roman
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one that noticed how bad Howdy missed Knight on the elbow dive
The real reason The Rock didn't show up is because he's not a good enough actor to be part of the Bloodline angle
I think Kofi might have legitamitely got himself injured during that spot. Honestly kinda looked like he didn't hit with both feet from that angle.
Excuse me I don’t know why nobody has acknowledged yet that Gunther battered the high score by over 9 minutes?? I suppose it wasn’t meant to happen
He has the record in the traditional RR match (1h 11m 35s). Daniel Bryan has the total record of 1h 16m in the Greatest Royal Rumble (which WWE does count as a real RR)
When Adam said "Rock's came out" I thought he was asking Andrew whether his rocks came out during the piss
I knew exactly what was going on when LA Knight walked out with fluorescent gear on
I feel like I should apologize to you guys because as a huge fan of Mountain Dew and Bray and LA being my favorite guys I feel like the Pitch Black match was tailor made for me. If it's any consolation I loved it.
4:07:11 Nia Jax Return botch
Glad I came to watch this reaction. I watched the rumble in 2 parts, so had completely forgotten that I enjoyed the men's rumble after how dull the rest of the show was
The main issue coming out of the Rumble is Roman is going to be concentrating on Sami so what is Cody going to do? And then do we just get like a 3 week build to Cody's Mania match.
That ending was perfect
5:13:20 Sami hits Roman
What a show 9/10 show for sure
Codys win was so predictable
@@ChristopherMikrowelle still great tho
@@ChristopherMikrowelle but necessary.
@@ChristopherMikrowelle predictable doesn't mean bad! It was the only sensible outcome!
@@ChristopherMikrowelle so what a lot of great wrestling moments were predictable like Daniel Bryan winning in the main event of WM30 once he was added we all knew he would win but it was still great to see
what are the odds, they botched Kofi's spot twice in a row
He's not as young as he used to be. He may have missed a step or two?
5:13:21 thats why you are here
Nia Is probably going to beat Rhea for the title (at some point )Nuclear heat.
Mania :
Judgement day will win tag belts , give Dom US title . Dwayne can come back for Summerslam.
Guess what? The Rock was not in the rumble
Sami wins the Chamber goes against Roman night 2 for the Universal title.
Night 1 Cody wins the WWE Title.
Night 2 Sami wins the Universal.
Honestly with Jey leaving like that it doesn’t even make sense to give Sami a consolation tag belts with KO. WWE please have the balls to allow Sami to dethrone Roman! With Jey backing him. I don’t hate Cody by any imagination, but Sami HAS to be the guy!
Have Sami face him on night 1 for one of the titles and win and Cody gets his win on night 2
@@joeyw9_ or a triple threat
@@Riley-u8m could work but then that would either ruin a moment for Cody or Sami
watch the interview Sami did with Ariel Helwani.
@@Imps603 thank you! just watched it. I still hope it leads to something special for Sami. Even if he isn't the face of WWE he can still absolutely hold the title.
shawn and bulldog didn't. there match only lasted 38 minutes since there was only 1 minute between each entrance
Adam is number 1
I'm starting to notice that certain channels fall to rumors easily. They even still have The Rock's picture as the thumbnail 😂
GUNTHER 71:40
My heart is fucking broken right now.
It's really weird starting with the Men's Rumble. It feels like the show is over now.
I want to see Ricochet vs Logan Paul at some point this year.
With Seth being eliminated by Logan I can see that being the match at Mania. And honestly? I’m fucking here for it.
Early prediction for Elimination Chamber
Roman vs Jey vs Jimmy vs Solo vs Owens vs Sami.
It's good to see Sami breaking out of the whole bloodline thing. He is over with he fans and can go on to great things. I am not sure about the timing of the whole thing though. Cody won the rumble so obviously WM is now Cody Vs Reigns, is there time to also be building a separate fued between Reigns and Sami?? There isn't the time between now and WM to fit all of this in. Is this headed for a triple threat match?
If Jinder can win the title from Randy, Sami can win a title from Roman
Technically Booker T was a NXT superstar in the Rumble🌞
Jay must feel like a fool after trusting Sami.
I feel bad for him.
That wasn't Asuka. That was KANA!!
Watching this after coming back home from the event. Everyone hated the Bray match. Couldn't see anything and the alamodome is still out dated and horrible
That ending to the show was just 🤌🏽
I loved the show as a whole, despite their being some silly matches in there.
5:00:00
Wanted asuka to win but rhea is a good choice
I watch it at 1am bec I am in England
does anyone have the timestamp for when Gunther broke Rey's record?
2:14:12
the rock isnt showing up any time this year
I think the Fiend build up and debut was tenfold better than what's going on at the moment. I think going back to The Fiend might get a bit more longevity than this at the moment.
what an amazing end to the rumble
They blew their wad early with the Sami turn tonight. Need to either have Roman do double duty in the chamber like someone said to split the belts there or make Roman face Sami night 1 for the SD title and Cody night 2 for the RAW title at WM. Either let Roman keep the SD belt or have him drop both and go do some Hollywood work for a bit.
The show wasn’t the best, mens Rumble had some awesome moments but was too rushed in spots, the lack of a Don v Rey spot hurt it a little but the right man won though it was always gonna be Cody’s. The MVP of the Royal Rumble was Gunther though, the iron man, a star making performance.
The Lights out match was an experiment gone wrong, the Raw Women’s title match was awful and the women’s rumble started strong but fell flat when Becky & Bayley were tossed out. However, much like the men’s RR the righ woman won in Rhea and the finish was superb.
As for the title match, I felt the crowd were a little flat but my god it was all about the post match, man that was hard to watch.
My prediction now is that Jey will cost Sami the title at Mania thus getting the heat on the USOs and then we will have the USOs Vs Owens & Zayn at Mania.
Why not have cody come in at the same number as his father (10)?
Predictable & Cody didn’t even have to work that hard for it coming in at 30. They didn’t have to make him 30 already knowing he was coming back for it.
2:10:11 😐 no.
You need to do screen to screen
that's called copyright chief. pay for peacock.
This show was pretty mid everyone saying it was good just proves how the end of a show can make you forget everything leading up to it.
What was mid about it? Both Rumbles and the main event were excellent!
Both rumbles were really good, just because you don’t like something doesn’t mean someone else can’t.
Cody is soooo boring! 4 moves of doom and just mid level!
No rock that’s an L
lmao you hyped yourself up
Sure did but the ending was still great
Multiple people more or less confirmed that wasn't happening
He can stay in Hollywood.
No Rock = W
NO ZACK RYDER/MATT CARDONA NO NAOMI 🖕
Markiest comment I've ever seen
Bro nothing was promised lol set yourself up for disappointment
You're the kind of guy to hate the new Ant Man because Iron Man isn't in it
Meeeeeh. Disappointed.
The right results for sure. Happy for both Cody and Rhea ans excited for the Bloodline storyline, but the matches themselves were very underwhelming.
And I'm *always* satisfied with these things.
TERRIBLE RUMBLES, No Rock, no CM Punk, no Zack Ryder, no NAOMI
It's past yer bedtime ya wet wipe
Why were you expecting Punk??
Naomi might not be returning, CM Punk is under contract with AEW, Zack Ryder wasnt in san antonio, and the rock was filming a movie.
Really, it wasn't funny when you were spamming that in WC's livestream chat. You're hoping for stuff that simply wasn't happening. If it hurts you so much that your unrealistic marky hopes weren't met, turn off WWE and go away. You won't be missed.
@@glennwelsh9784 I don't get how The Rock, Matt Cardona or Naomi is unrealistic or marky
They can’t bury Brock, Drew, and Kevin just to give up the belts to someone like Sami.
WWE really has sunk to a low point. There were opportunities for some great rivalries, but it’s wasted on the likes of Cody and Sami moving up in the ranks.
I thought tonight would be the passing of the torch from Taker to Bray, but that match had nothing more than a cosmic bowling feel with basically zero weapons, after billed as a “what’s gonna happen, could be anything”
😂😂😂😂 sami getting belted
