When THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW premiered at The Theatre Upstairs at The Royal Court Theatre, London on June 19 1973, it was a modest but brilliant Fringe Musical. By the time it opened on Broadway on this day 2 years later, it transformed into a massive Rock Musical. In celebration of the Broadway opening, we return to the roots at the birth of this cult classic Musical with the song TIME WARP as recorded by JAY, using the original orchestrations of the very first production, when it was presented at The Theatre Upstairs, Royal Court, London.
