Discharge Day at Phoenix Children’s: Claire’s 3rd Day in the Hospital 🏥💪

It’s discharge day! After three days at Phoenix Children’s, we’re getting ready to bring Claire home this afternoon, once we get the all-clear from the medical team. It’s been quite a journey, and we’re so relieved that Claire is doing well enough to leave the hospital. However, her platelets are dropping quickly, so we already have our next appointment scheduled for Friday to keep a close eye on things.
In this video, we share our experience on the final day in the hospital, the emotions of getting ready to go home, and our plans for Claire’s continued care. We’re incredibly grateful for the amazing care Claire has received and the support from everyone who’s been following her journey.
