Winter Coats and Car Seats

Winter coats and car seats do not mix! Bulky coats introduce slack to the harness (the same applies to booster seat and seatbelt riders!). Remove bulky coats before riding.
To stay warm in the car:
-Use warm, thin layers like fleece under the harness
-Put the coat on backward over a snug harness
-Preheat the car when possible
