I store my ephemera in different clear plastic pouches and I put a sample on the front of the pouch. It works well so far.❤❤👏🏻👏🏻🦋💕🇨🇦
Hi Carolyn. I did not know that you had a You tube channel. I visit your shop quite often. You showed up in my feed, so I came to sub! I made a prayer journal for my sister using one of your kits. I love all of your beautiful kits. This one is also so beautiful! I also have the Eco 2850. All the ephemera is beautiful! The cover options are also beautiful! Love all of it! Carolyn, this kit is beautiful and so regal! I love all of the special ephemera, quotes and verses that you have included! Vanessa, I like that you added enough pages for each chapter in Esther. Great idea! Thank you for explaining and demonstrating the freebie and many of the pages (including the "mistakes") which will be so helpful when putting this beautiful journal together. I've tried several methods for my fussy cuts, but what I'm using now are small dollar store empty food containers which I label on the front side so that I can find ephemera pieces more easily. I love all of your suggestions and options for putting our journals together. You know that I always add too much to my journals, so I've learned to make the signatures first and then finish the spine for the cover! At first mine had the alligator mouth! LOL! Yours is actually pretty good! 😊 I enjoyed watching every moment of this video and all of your suggestions! God bless! Hugs! 💖
Another amazing kit from Carolyn and the colors look gorgeous .. so many wonderful pages in this kit. Vanessa continues to amaze me with all her creativity.. but I am wondering why Carolyn would make the cover 6 by 9"s when most of us print out 8 1/2 x 11 and fold in half, so our covers would only be a bit larger than half of that width? I don't know how to reduce so that I could use this on the cover..
Hello Carolyn, I don't usually comment as I watch UA-cam on my TV, but I have purchased from you through Etsy and when I saw your name come up on my recommended list I had to see what you were presenting. I do not know who the young woman is who made up your Ester journal, but she is absolutely amazing as are you. I knew you were talented, but what I have just watched left me gobsmacked. Honestly. I was amazed on two fronts. Firstly, the depth of colour and the intricate designs you used are truly beyond words. Being so elaborate, the kit could easily have become an unholy mess, but one page is lovelier than the next. Even your freebie is something special. I have a major project that I am currently working on and need to get finished by the end of June. Then I am shelving all my other plans to buy this kit and add-on. I really cannot think of a more meaningful and beautiful finished journal. The second amazing thing about this journal/video was the young lady who made up the journal. She shared so many wonderful ideas, but my favourite one was the one about putting lace on acetate for pockets and belly bands. Sheer genius if you ask me. There is a wonderful lady in the Hunter Valley called Donna and she is Junk Journal Ideas. Donna sells a set of acrylic tag templates that makes cutting out tags a breeze. Being transparent you can place the template in differing positions and then proceed with what you think looks best. Watching the video it occurred to me that the lady's idea for templates could be made of heavy-weight acetate and would work the same as Donna's tags. If I tried to list all the ideas I found in this one video this posting wouldn't end!!! Thank you Carolyn and thank your wonderful designer. What is her name and does she have a UA-cam channel of her own. She must have. All that talent and creativity has to have somewhere to go. I now see Carolyn's Musings in a totally different light. You are the first place I go if I want something that honours our Lord. I just did not have an in-depth look at what you offer. My loss, but one I will be addressing as of now. If I could rate both of you on this kit and video you would both get six stars out of five. Rose.

It's the same size as the other journals using A4 cardstock. I just made it gluing a few pieces together and scored 3/4" spine on both ends. Front and back covers measure 6.25" & 8.25". As mentioned in the video, I would suggest 1" spine as mine was getting a bit too full using both the main and add on kits.

Can you please give us the measurements for the bigger size.
