Who Speaks for Islam?

Michael Coren's latest book, "Hatred: Islam's War on Christianity," argues that Islam's history, theology and politics have led to Christian oppression around the world. Is Coren's argument correct and does it accurately represent the views of the majority of the world's Muslims?
