Oh wow this was just such an excellent review, with the pictures of the various aged children as well as the charts just really, really well thought out thank you! Would you recommend this or the Axkig One 2?

      Thank you so much!
I don't really recommend one over the other, not every seat suits every child's needs, I would say that their weight is a big factor.
The BeSafe Stretch and the Axkid One are very different, the only thing that they have in common is that they go up to 125cm. The weight limits however, are very different. The Strectch goes up to 36kg and the One up to 23kg. A child who is tall and slim won't be 23kg before they're 125cm, so the One will work well for them. But a child who is likely to reach 23kg before they've reached the 125cm height limit is better off with a Stretch.
The Stretch is belt fitted whereas the One is one of only two seats that use ISOfix up to 125cm. It can be installed in less than 30 seconds, a belt fitted seat like the Stretch takes a bit longer.

@@RearFacingToddlers Thank you for taking the time to read and respond to my comment! I decided to go with the stretch because that's what's available in my country.

Hello, please can you let me know the cabin measurements required for this seat? When my husband drives he has the seat much further back than me and our current joie seat wouldn’t fit the space!

I haven't actually measured it yet, but I would say it will need roughly 75-90cm of depth at headrest height.

I have bought this seat, it is absolutely amazing, but unfortunately if is ginormous. If you are tall (183) and do not own a very big car, I would advise against it.
The minimum is about 73-77cm, but it REALLY depends on a car. We own very old Audi a3 and there it takes about 77cm.
I was looking for a new car at tried it in seat mk3 and focus mk4. Seat could have the seat on on the minimal leg stretch setting at about 73cm. While on focus it was about 77cm. But I could set up the chair for the second position for the legs (about 80cm).
