It’s almost like he’s playing a character in a 1970’s comedy sketch, but not funny. Probably one of the most frustrating witnesses to give evidence who clearly played a leading roll in the incompetent, ignorant, pedantic attitude of the PO to their SPMs. A poor communicator. Jason Beer shows him up to be complete out of his depth in his position. Thanks for putting this together.

His resume seemed to be that after qualifying he became a barrister on his own. I’m guessing he didn’t get a lot of clients.

It's almost like a juvenile game to him "...voting with their feet", "user acceptance...." etc. As if 'favourability' was a measure of accuracy. He lives in a world that accepts no consequences, bears no responsibilities, but makes peoples' lives hell. Alice in Wonderland's Queen of Hearts "Off with their heads" springs to mind. Go straight to jail, do not collect £200. He looks and sounds like a rat.

My enquiries to Horizon enquiry team are not being responded to ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, my interest in this is due to the recusal of Chair R LL Williams in June 1999 and the 2 recusal being linked by a common name,,,,,,,,,, Mandy is a major shareholder in S Yorks police (documented) and should not have been available to Roderic Williams in 2019 having left the organisation in 2014,
