All I have to say is this, why do people build custom homes like this, give the parties you say they did and then decide to sell a home that they've built to perfection? I just don't get it.
Business reverses so they can no longer afford; death in the family and dispersement of the estate; downsizing when children are gone...who knows. Ironic and I've wondered about this too.
When you live on this scale, there's never a reason to leave home..Everything you would want to do is already there. Friends and family are visiting regularly, I can only imagine..I am addicted to these narrated videos, if there isn't any narration, I keep scrolling.

Beautifull house only one problem its just to brown i like brown but in contrast with blues and greens some seafoam and emerald green decor would have perked it up a bit like all the shades in peacock feathers not a lot but just enough to catch the eye but not overwhelm. It looked so dark.

When was this home built, I don't think it says I know the video was posted in 2015. I think the house is lovely but out dated. To much heavy dark wood, the kitchen cabinets are to heavy and chunky and dark. The drapes are to heavy in the living room. Changes would have to be made to have a more modern home in today's new homes, they are very modern and look great. This home is nice but looks to Mausoleum like or like an up scale Funeral Home. It's a nicely furnished home but it doesn't look cozy or have that feel of coziness. Just my opinion🤷
